Once you start a degree program, it is non-transferable. I don't know if you can transfer anything into an MBA program, but assuming you can he would have had to receive his PMP before he started his MBA program.

Did your PMP certification not transfer in to WGU? I thought I read that the PMP and CAPM could be transferred.
