@@hutiewatchme I can agree but have met plenty of people who’ve called people anything but their real name. I also find it hard to understand the motive of faking it when he has 100s of free videos
@@hutiewatchme irrelevant because he still had to use his method of finding the fix and flipper through that website... even if he does know them, that method would still be at least somewhat effective. The potential is still there.

Contacted an agent and turned out he was the buyer. Wanted 3% so I added to the asking price and he had no problem with it.

Don't forget you can use Zillow, Realtor or other websites out there to get various price listings for certain properties to generate your offer!

I did this the realtor never contacted me back and just waited til my contract ran out. Then he listed it and it got sold. Lost $10K from that deal smh
