OMG, it's SOOO cute! I want one! I wonder if it would snuggle up with me on the couch and watch movies... It's like a little pot-bellied piglet in an armoured shell, and it's so adorable when it rolls up into a ball
Ooooh, so cool. I became really interested in these creatures last year, in 2022. I realized I knew nothing about them. I've since been watching a lot of videos about them. I'm in Ohio, and maybe one of our many Zoos have them, but I never researched that. This was a very informative video, thank you.
Thank you so much for posting this! My students in South Korea loved learning about Brandy the Armadillo and to see how she can roll into a ball :D Keep posting and we will keep watching!
I could have sworn he missed a band when he was counting. Then I realised that he was counting the bits between the bands. Armadillos -smooth on the inside, crunchy on the outside. Armadillos.
Looking up this beautiful animal because my dog was just going insane almost waking up the whole neighborhood over one. It was cute and hissed at my husband and I.
We have one that comes out everyday and hangs out on our porch. 9 banned. It lets us pet it. We named it Pango after a Pangolin. My son posted a video on here somewhere.
Leprosy was just a fad, I had it back in the 80's until I realized it wasn't cool anymore along with my hyper color shirts & my parachute pants....I was thinking of bringing it back in style.
So.... I am here because Drawfee just did a video drawing animals Hank Green wishes were real. One of them was the armadilhole. He felt that regular armadillos were too polite. That inspired me to look up a regular polite armadillo. I have not seen any videos of them.
Damn, I am happy to learn about that leprosy comment because being here in Florida I would have loved to touch an armadillo if I had the chance but for sure now, I would not.
I just left the gas station, and my arm fell off while I was pumping gas. Now that I watched this video, I realize that leprosy is what caused my arm to fall off. Knowledge is power! Lol
hi, would it be okay to use a portion of the video as a short video clip to show our Kindergarten students what an armadillo looks like in real life. Thanks
Now you're all going to hate me but in Belize this animal is called Hammadilly and is sold for meat. I have eaten it and it is delicious. Of course they take the armor and the fur off .
In some parts of the world they are a delicacy unfortunately. I was Lucky enough to see few in the wild as a kid and I was amazed how different this creatures were from anything I’d seen before.
I think it's worth mentioning that it's a mammal because it has mammaries, not just because it has hair. Unfortunately, this gets confused because teachers are afraid to teach that animals produce milk like people do. So we teach mammals have hair and live birth instead of the technical definition.
Armadillo walks
He drags it
Again walks
He again drags
Armadillo : hey whats your problem ?
Schooooop.
cringe when he pronounced brazil like that
Armadillo : 👁️👄👁️
Human : How's that even an animal, is that even real?
🤣🤣🤣
🤣

Armadillos are my favorite animals i made a presentation about them when i was in 4th grade
They might be the most relatable animal to me because I too curl up into a ball when I'm scared.
The way he said Brazil, lol

Sooo adorable!🥰🥰🥰
"You can tell he's 3 banded because look, 1.. 2.. 3 bands on his back"
*shows an Armadillo with 4 bands*
😂😂
You're looking at it wrong.
It's the spaces in-between the lines that are the "bands"
Look at it again when it's uncurled. There's 3 bands.
