I like this, thanks, and your very recent interview with Mercola. Placebo vs nocebo, and EMF radiation mitigation also factors. I agree also with a comment below that it's important to learn to say no, especially to people who have toxic problems and pessimistic outlooks. Self-love is a big part of our relationships with others.

Thanks for the great study and stats. Tennis and badminton do not involve much socializing, it seems to be the intensity interval aspect of these exercises that makes such significant difference.

Now I feel real good about tennis. I suspect that in person fighting games also are good for the health.

This study isn't broken down between extroverts and introverts. The more introverted someone is the more stressed someone is in company. Some people have a tendency to get bullied. Some people are surrounded by low quality friend options. Getting rid of a toxic friend is stressful.

My dad is in his early 80s and most people would assume he is late 60s. His friends have all passed away and he stopped playing sports years ago, but he is doing well. Not to discount what the speaker says, but I think you have to be receptive to people to get pleasure from team sports and interaction.
