    The augers you're using seem to be a modern kind, that's gripped well by an older brace. What brand/model are they?

      Hi Grant. The measurements aren’t particularly precise but more a guide as my builds tend to use very much recycled materials. However if you look on Sharif Adams’s website there’s a link to a blog that has plans. They are the ones I used for my first lathe build.

      On line. I got that one as part of a set that came in a orange tool roll. Made by Bahco (9526 from toolden for £36)👍
