But we also know alcoholic destinations of herbal etheric oils usually clear alcoholic liquid with above the 80% alcoholic solution, you only put cca 10 drops into a glass of water and drink it.
Hi Alex! Love your videos. You are right, gui zhi tang is a great formula and we use it so much in consultation. But be aware, we can not promote it as base formula for everyone. Among other things, it could lead to heat symptoms in case of Qi stagnation, which is wildly common. Also would be interesting to talk about the formulas with Fu Zi, which are the real gold ones here, although the complexity of the herb.
