I have dark brown urine that came out of nowhere but have no other symptoms. I've drank water all day. The color will change from brown to yellow but immediately go back to brown or dark tea colored. No other symptoms though. It's been 3 days. Idk what's going on
Kidney stones are present in my kidneys. and I damaged my cooling system due to heat exhaustion. So, remaining hydrated is key. I sweat profusely now and staying hydrated is difficult. At 145 pounds and 5'-9" drinking 1.25 gallons of water a day is a lot of fluids.....or is it a good measure of water for the day?? Sometime before I actually passed a stone, I had noticed urine color becoming more and more on the darker side of the spectrum. A scan revealed a kidney full on tiny stones (gravel). It was explained to me that the darkness in the urine was blood from the stone(s) moving and likely tearing internal kidney causing blood to seep into the urine. Therefore, if I kept a level of hydration then the stones would move less and I would see less and less blood in the urine. The problem I have is "wanting" to keep drinking water. I eliminated soft drinks from my diet 6 years ago. I stopped consuming alcohol and spirits. I do not drink brown liquids, tea or coffee. In fact, I cut out caffeine completely 5 years ago. My cooling system IS BUSTED - that's all I can say. I experience profuse sweating no matter how long I am outside. 2 minutes, it looks like I have been sprayed or drenched with water.

I had a friend that was the same way, we would be outside in the cold weather at work talking, two minutes later his face look like someone sprayed him with a water hose, he later found out he had prostate cancer, hopefully that's not your case
