    @pashkacha29 Google parkour (your cities name here) if you don't have a parkour team in your city with a site up, search videos on youtube that will teach you some basics. Join gymnastics or go to a drop in at a gymnastics club and learn flips there. have fun!

    @Supernamekian1 Mate I don't want to be a hater but check what you're saying, Foucan has greatly improved parkour and its understanding through Jump Britain and Jump London, and enriches the spiritual side of the discipline.

    I am traceur myself and now have been for 7 years and we are all one with the same way of learning free running and parkour they are both philosophy just one uses the idea of getting to point a to point b to point c while parkour is point a to point b we are all one so stop typing and go out and train. P.s a real traceur would disrespect freerunning or another martial art or discipline.
