In a way Yes and No, given his present position in the society this show is almost close to "The David Rubenstein Show" equivalent for India...in some sorts...he has the money/wealth, the time and the intent of helping the future line of entrepreneurs. In that way absolutely YES... No or perhaps NOT necessarily because his questions clearly across all his WTFs are for himself to learn in the process from the best in their respective domains and/or success stories. For him it is a wealth of information as his questions are far more deep rooted and intrinsic than any average journalist or media interview and that is clearly his mission as stated at the start of each show..if you notice closely there is a pattern that will emerge that shows Nikhil is trying to understand in real life from the experiences of others mostly successful individuals over the last 2 decades across domains and relate it some of the reading and research he is doing and has been for sometime now, on psychology books and perhaps older versions of behavioural impacts that make people successful...so he is getting SOMETHING that he clearly believes is not possible to validate besides understanding if anything that he has read or is reading is true...
its called altruism. he is obviously helping others while building his personal brand, which will eventually help his businesses as well. Like BoAT helping from Aman's brand on Shark Tank. Respect!
Manish's way of laying out things on the table clearly demonstrates how much rich experience he is carrying with him. Thanks for inviting him as a guest. Much appreciated!

One of the best podcasts available on entrepreneurship qualities. I not only enjoyed but thoroughly educated myself. I came here as I am in many ways Nikhil's fan as an intellectual (researcher, marketer) man but with this, you get to know his deep spiritual, psychological maestro side. how smartly he brought many things on the surface from others. Relentless is the word I am taking away with this.
Nikhil Sir! There is a particular thing I would love for you to address in the coming podcasts which is "ADHD". I think no one really talks about it and no one really understand the depth of the effect that it has on people's life and how its ruining people's life without them understanding it. Especially teens adults and even millennials. As a 23 yo myself with undiagnosed ADHD, struggling 10x harder than normal people just to get the basic of the basic tasks done is a daunting thing in itself , and that is just the tip of the iceberg(It gets very dark to a point where you want to end everything without you knowing what is causing you to feel that way). It might sound funny, or people will substitute it for "Laziness" but only people with ADHD will understand how their world works. I can bet my entire life on that fact that 50-60% of Indian population will be suffering with this unknowingly and they blame themselves for being the way they are. SOMEONE needs to talk about it.I see all the founders, entrepreneurs, businessmen talking about how average people are lazy and stuff, we get it , but has anyone thought to dig deep to actually understand? Maybe some people are genuinely suffering and need help. Untreated ADHD will cause a life full of problems. Hope someone sees this and acknowledges. Open to talk more about it.
You are absolutely right! No one talks about it. My friend has recently discovered he has ADHD (didn't even know what it meant until he was 22), and he has realized what went wrong all these years. Spoke to it about his parents because he was not able to take it anymore and their parents responded with "Forget it, its nothing, don't give excuses, you're grown up, work more hard". It's not HIS fault and there isn't much awareness or help here in India. Doctors/Neuroscientists/surgeons should be talking about it as they do it in the US and people have changed their life around with little help and diagnosis. But i genuinely I wish you get the help you need. Please feel free to reach out to talk to because very less people will UNDERSTAND you when you express rather than labelling it "lazy"
Three speakers and a great host! Speaker 1: Drama queen Speaker 2: cool cowboy! Speaker 3: total respect Host: read too many psychology books and surely planning to write one !

when you ask HOW for every thing which was told by the people its make easy for a layman , also when you PAUSE them and bring back to topic and SUM UP , it becomes more effective , so i want more how so breakdown can be more simpler so when we want to start we have answers because u are asking questions instead of us for us , those who agree with this please do like so this can be seen by this youtube team
Like Nikhil I also have a theory that all successful entrepreneur tends to stick to the narrative that they came from a humble background and want to be labeled as middle. The real middle ppl are the only ones who don't want to be called middle class.

Hey! A 21 year old here, this is honestly the most empowering podcast, it leaves you feeling not so lonely as someone who’s aspiring to grow as an entrepreneur and trying to figure everything out, thanks for the guidance 😊
Whenever she is being asked anything which is quantifiable she seems to be giving loopholes! 40-50 lacs of debt for a middle class family back then, 1 lac per month income for a middle class family in Chandigarh back then!
One of the best podcast ever. Manish is my new role model. Transperant, Brave and calm mind. Accepting the truth during bad time instead of going into denial.
Hi Nikhil! As a first generation,(hopeful, yet failed till now) serial enterpreneur, looks like I've been blessed with all the flaws you guys discussed. And this chat was so so helpful in building up my self -confidence around keeping at it on continuing to build disruptive things. My earlier ventures , Fetch (a Starbucks for dogs & their people) - which I launched & ran in midst of COVID in Mumbai, and Ichha (a headspace for female pleasure) , I reached out straight to Seqoia India Head, saying it'll be a good idea to discuss. Sounds funny, considering the landscape of things back in 2018, and a lot of people laugh at the fact that I did something so wild without even hesitiating. Ofcourse I never heard from Seqoia - but I'm glad my impresion-free mind atleast wrote to everyone, without knowing/ caring if I'll get a response. And for Ichha, I got responses that could quirkily be developed into a Bollywood movie. Here's hoping we have more of such insightful & honest educational sessions
Nikhil's podcasts r out of box...no set questionnaire...probably the best for me ...when it comes to understanding things at a deeper level....keep doing
I usually watch videos in 1.5x or 2x but this podcast I have watched with normal speed , Manish sir story is really worth listening 👌👌 Brilliant podcast 👍
It's annoying to see Nikhil taking notes diligently asking so many follow up questions like a therapy session....than the free flow of back and forth conversation of a podcast which it is supposed to be...
Nikhil - you remind me of Don Corleone of "The Godfather" - very meticulous and impeccable and understands the human mind and have an foresight. I find your podcast more meaningful than reading a book on Leadership. Manish's intense and no nonsense approach for the business and not having a trade show and running a Brand like it should be - talks about his belief in what he is doing. Ghazal is an outstanding disruptor and have shown time & gain by changing her professions - she is an epitome of change management and ease of execution. The masterstroke of the podcast - INR 20 lacs each of 4 participants are contributing to help some budding entrepreneurs. Giving back to society once you have enough for self - is the last learning as take away for me.
You are doing such a great work by brainstorming the entrepreneur and letting others to learn from it which won't be possible even when u spends lakhs in college. Keep it up
@Manish, @Nikhil Kamath, I ordered a trouser from the Rare Rabbit app in July 2022 and have yet to receive my order. I tried contacting customer support but received no response. Eventually, I got tired and gave up. After seeing your interview, I have one suggestion: please focus on customer feedback and after-sale support. Otherwise, you risk losing loyal customers like me. From 2019 to 2022, Rare Rabbit was my go-to store for clothes. However, after this incident, I haven’t purchased a single outfit from your brand.
@Nikhil these podcasts are amazing and they give a deep insights. One thing I don't like or rather I would like to see you change in the future that at most of your podcasts are focused on a 21year old boy or girl. For someone like me who has been not privileged enough at 21 but starting at 28-29 it makes us feel that you are too late to start and you cannot do it. Jst an insight as I believe ur podcasts are focused for entrepreneurs. Congratulations for making such great content Truly appreciate.
Either they don't edit this video at all or the video is too smoothly edited. Because it feels like you are sitting there having a conversation. Even if the editor chose to not edit too much, hats off because understanding what part needs a touch up is really important too. Other than that the texts and images in between were nicely edited. Kudos!
This shows you don’t need to think only a particular personality works to become successful entrepreneur..in other words it’s only the belief which matters finally for your self! Look at three different walks of life like Manish the tough and rigid..or Ghazal the frankest or Ritesh the emotional ..are totally different ..and finally Nikhil the Mr cool with Nithin proving siblings still can be the best partners..Well lot of inspiration from each one of them and from one episode! Wow!

I feel you bro😢
Three speakers and a great host!
Speaker 1: Drama queen
Speaker 2: cool cowboy!
Speaker 3: total respect
Host: read too many psychology books and surely planning to write one !
Drama queen bruh💀
WTF has become my favorite podcast series now. I never thought I'd watch a 4 hours long podcast. It was completely worth my time. Such an amazing podcast, so much to learn.
"Someone so nice can't be so successful" very true for ritesh he is constantly wearing an mask and never reveal his true self the story of oyo is not 100% true here:)
when you ask HOW for every thing which was told by the people its make easy for a layman , also when you PAUSE them and bring back to topic and SUM UP , it becomes more effective , so i want more how so breakdown can be more simpler so when we want to start we have answers because u are asking questions instead of us for us , those who agree with this please do like so this can be seen by this youtube team
Kehna kya chahte ho bhai
Like Nikhil I also have a theory that all successful entrepreneur tends to stick to the narrative that they came from a humble background and want to be labeled as middle. The real middle ppl are the only ones who don't want to be called middle class.
Guys Do Not Spend You Precious Time Watching Nowadays Boring Bollywood Movie. Just Spend Your Very Very Precious 3-4 Hours Watching Such Content Absolutely Loved Each And Every Bit Of Podcast Thank You Nikhil For Such Making Such Podcast Love You❤
All of these 3 peoples were recommended by me 😊❤. I know you all will not agree, but recently nikhil did a survey and asked what subscribers want: I suggested manufacturing and services and named Rare rabbit and mama Earth's name. 😊😊😊❤❤ Love the response of this man. And Ritesh is like cherry on the cake 🎂❤
This interview was done even before you have filled the survey..

Your podcast is an ocean of knowledge, which one can avail and get mentored by the Greats.
An Audio and Video Autobiography to be heard and seen, directly from the horse's mouth in Ghazal, Manish, Ritesh and Nithin himself
The ultimate podcast trio will be Ashnwer, Kunal and Manish. All are old money, and classic veteran of the entrepreneurship world.
Day 122 for asking WTF is manufacturing?
Everything is marketing
Bring protosphinkx as well
Agreed, we need this.
Google kar le bhai..it's simple
Google krle Bhai itna din me toh tu bhoat kuch sikh leta dusra way try krke..try google
Nikhil your instant questions in between is what makes the podcast more interesting
I'm 55 yr and learning, Nikhil is a wise person his questions are deep invoking thoughtful responses.
i didnt loose a second when manish started speaking :) BEST 4Hrs spent
Hey! A 21 year old here, this is honestly the most empowering podcast, it leaves you feeling not so lonely as someone who’s aspiring to grow as an entrepreneur and trying to figure everything out, thanks for the guidance 😊
Is it only me who feels Mama Earth wali story mei kaafi loop holes abruptness hai😅😅😅😅
Whenever she is being asked anything which is quantifiable she seems to be giving loopholes! 40-50 lacs of debt for a middle class family back then, 1 lac per month income for a middle class family in Chandigarh back then!
Guys srsly what a series by nikhil !! Gold
That barsati conversation was so interesting. It actually takes a lot to be comfortable with what you have!
Nikhil’s questions are for encouraging people to build something on their own! Hats off
2:40:25 Ritesh emotional and spiritual beliefs
3:51:05 Admitting mistakes early
Nikhil's podcasts r out of box...no set questionnaire...probably the best for me ...when it comes to understanding things at a deeper level....keep doing
Amazing podcast with Ghazal, Manish and Ritesh. I am really looking forward to more podcasts like this one.
I usually watch videos in 1.5x or 2x but this podcast I have watched with normal speed , Manish sir story is really worth listening 👌👌
Brilliant podcast 👍
Ritesh wearing a Dolphin T-shirt reminding he is not a aggressive shark 😍😍
dolphins kill more people than shark!
As a 21 year old also as person who wants to be entrepreneur this video has opened the frontal lobe of my brain 🔥🔥🔥
humble middle class gazhal with income of 12lpa in year 2003 which is equal to 40lpa with 6% inflation in 2024.
please dont lie man plzz
I was also feeling the same.
Thank you Nikhil for arranging this and spreading knowledge!
Appreciate your efforts towards better India!
Looking like therapy session for Ghazal
Couple of boyfriends.😅
Disgusting 🤢🤢
Varun compromised so much😂😂😂
It's annoying to see Nikhil taking notes diligently asking so many follow up questions like a therapy session....than the free flow of back and forth conversation of a podcast which it is supposed to be...
Interestingly, that's what I like about his round tables.
Please make 4 podcast in the month, please vote guys for this
You are doing such a great work by brainstorming the entrepreneur and letting others to learn from it which won't be possible even when u spends lakhs in college. Keep it up
Best story for me was by Manish poddar ❤😊
It is so good to see Nikhil writing notes in such a cute manner
How Nikhil was writing after asking question was funny af
Nikhil, waiting for the next episode, bring it home soon pls!!!
Ritesh talking about parents not being okay with elder siblings being rebellious is so true 😂 Great episode
This is so refreshing. Loved to hear Ritesh talk. Incredibly inspiring.
@Manish, @Nikhil Kamath,
I ordered a trouser from the Rare Rabbit app in July 2022 and have yet to receive my order.
Longer than lagaan
Never imagined I'd watch a 4 hour video on YT. Took me 4 days but the learning I take away is huge. Thank you!
Ghazal is hollow. Lieing image sucker. Mamawarth basically is a marketing hit. So storytelling isbthere only usp
Wow!
