    Thanks for this. I tried other programs but the size of the bread makes sense for a beginner. My first loaves were horrible. I like that you don't have a ton of steps, and that you do not have too many fancy pans. Good for a starter. Some people pull and fold their bread for bigger holes. Going to try the Xanthan gum. Thanks.

    That smaller loaf would be perfect to make a couple of small loaves for turning into bread bowls for soup or stew.

    I love that your loaves are small. For just 2 people, it's great to have fresh bread every couple of days. Can you freeze the bread after it's baked and cooled?

      Yes, you can freeze once it's completely cool. I'd slice then freeze it.

    Please say if I can replace the xantham gum? Maybe flax/linseed seed, or not?

      No I haven't tried millet. I make my own flour mix for this one, you want an all purpose flour mix, most work well here.

    I like this video but you could use the recipe in the description because it's not easy to pause and play a video to make a recipe.... so I almost forgot the second part of cooking it in the oven at a lower temperature... first batch not so good. Hopefully second batch is

    Is it baked at 500 Fahrenheit

      For the first 15 mins bake at 500 then turn it down to 450 for 40 minutes

    I've read many articles about xanthan gum been very bad for the gut.
