Brian Johnstone is great but so too was their original lead singer, Bon Scott RIP. Bon also fronted Fraternity, another older band from 1970 to 1973. Fraternity with Bon won a music talent show called Hoadley's Battle of the Sounds in 1971 against two other bands, Sherbert with Darryl Braithwaite and Copperwire with Jeff St John. All 3 of the lead singers had successful careers here in Oz. There is a very old clip from that 1971 sing off on you tube, but here is the link if you’re keen to go down a rabbit hole.
