    Whats Up guys,
Hope you enjoy these rolls of me and Craig. We Rolled a lot while he was in town and we filmed a new instructional as well. Im planning to release the footage every friday and we have more than a dozen rolls, so make sure to check back and witness the suffering ;)

lol the class going on in the background is crazy! Im sorry but if Craig Jones is rolling right next to me there ain't no way in hell I am paying attention to my instructor. Im sitting down and watching Craig like a hawk.

Fr you have a chance to watch a top 5 grappler in the world, and can't wait 5 minutes until they're done to show some basic bs. Disrespectful and non intelligent instructor.

that little sweep/reversal at 0:10 is crazy. It's subtle but it really stands out in the roll

I usually go for a Trimura from side control, but I really want to learn this entry. Also watched it a dozen times.

Thanks to this video, I've just realised the piece of a puzzle... the ghost escape puzzle... how to hold the elbow from North South transition and keep the frame on a neck to provide space for movement... I used to use my frame's arm to hold that elbow, but then often get stuck under the weight, but fkng knee... use the knee!!! Thanks

Black belt instructor can't wait 3 minutes until a top 5 world grappler finished rolling to start his basic class. Disrespectful and clueless.

Looks like a spine stretcher plus a one arm hand and arm choke (not tight) so it’s more the pressure on the spine I reckon.
