I usually go for a Trimura from side control, but I really want to learn this entry. Also watched it a dozen times.

Thanks to this video, I've just realised the piece of a puzzle... the ghost escape puzzle... how to hold the elbow from North South transition and keep the frame on a neck to provide space for movement... I used to use my frame's arm to hold that elbow, but then often get stuck under the weight, but fkng knee... use the knee!!! Thanks

Looks like a spine stretcher plus a one arm hand and arm choke (not tight) so it’s more the pressure on the spine I reckon.
