Wow, I need to work through this too. I had a meeting were the person who was supposed to be helping us with our business plan purposely induce trauma. We walked right into it when he brought up the cases he used to oversee in court then proceeded to scare us, and made us feel judged.

Some painful memories can get worse over time, like cancer. Eats away at your soul every day.

Very good, helpful video. Thank you for sharing!
Personally I think that in the "Seal the envelope" technique "locking away" old emotions/memories can a bit dangerous though.
Can't they pop up anytime in the most unexpected situation when they're triggered strongly?
I understand the experiment. It has a point. All I'm saying is that locking trauma away is not helpful long term.
Or in the end, instead of just leaving that sealed envelope we could burn it. While burning we could visualize all the disturbing, low vibrational energies involved purifying & transforming into something that is positive for us right now.
Or before/while burning it we can ask for those disturbing energies returning to their source, where they came from.
My point is to put a real closure to the end.
I love the first solution! Re-visiting the situation once we have it. And give support to our younger version in that challenging situation.
It's been on my mind for years to try. I definitely will give it a go in meditations.
I often think that the guardian angels & spiritual guides, etc are simply us, ourselves. Visiting another version of us. Giving support to ourselves.
It makes so much sense & feels very Natural.
    Blessings on your way 🌟

Nice to be clear from the outset that this isn’t going to apply to me.

Thanks for the video! Regarding the Sealed Envelope technique: I know that there is a variation of this method that suggests burning the letter afterwards. Has anyone got experience which approach seemed to be more helpful for the clients? Burning it or sealing it and keeping it somewhere safe? Both of them seem to have their pros and cons...

This doesn't help me. I think I have Autism because I have hundreds of memories that cause me anxiety. I sometimes dream about them or relive them consciously and I feel the same pain and angst that I felt sometimes 50 years ago. I have had a trematic childhood and I was beaten a lot. I am constantly fighting these battles in my mind, what can I do? Please help me.

trauma. Its very helpful. Its very important to know that this was so wrong and you never deserved it.
