Gustavo is such a great teacher. Ive never thought to block their hip with my arm and cup the inside of my thigh to add structure. How do you get out of the legs or the grip?

Thank you Mack! Most of the time your opponent will burn himself out if he keeps insisting on the guillotine, so he will let go on his own. You can also pull down the choking hand/wrist with your free hand if you are able to maintain proper posture with your chin away from your chest, since the structure of your whole body is strong in this position it shouldn't be hard to break his grip.
