Trav, I think this type of video is what you've needed for years! Less pressure to perform and you get to play lights out! Definitely need more Senior hockey games in the future
I think you're going to see more of this in the future. It was a lot of fun. Thank you so much for watching man :)
@@trav4oilers Hell ya! Been a long time viewer of yours so I only want to see you have fun and enjoy the game man! It's all of our year boys, lets get it
It felt like I was watching the old trav just having fun playing hockey.
I felt like I was that guy, playing having fun. Thank you so much for watching man :)
That altitude sickness is no joke. Great to see you getting that win
you mean altitude sickness?
@@CO_Yeti yes, that’s what I meant.
The suitcase killer was onto something! Hope you are perez are well Rich, thank you for always watching and being an OG. Still remember our glorious breakfast together . Love ya always
Big fan of the mic'd up game footage. Reminds me of your Lundar days
No dangler, mic'd up and having fun. Those were good times! Thank you so much for watching man :)
God i miss those videos lmao
Great video trav, looks like a great place to play. Nothing like a fun ski town!! Laid back atmosphere, , mountains, some skiing, some beers, good food and some hockey. Sounds like heaven!!!!
Long term, there is a lot of potential playing here. Thank you so much for watching man :)
I’d be almost as interested if not more to watch content on senior A hockey than the dusty wanna-be fed league. At least these guys know they won’t make it and have better attitudes
i thihnk this may be the new reality moving forward! Thank you so much for watching man :)
Goalies are even better in senior
Because what your saying is legit
This is the most fun vlog I’ve seen you do. It’s great seeing you have fun and play some games
It was fun doing it and even more fun editing it. Thanks for watching :)
Not an influencer he’s a burger king whopper marketing representative
Whopper's used to smack! Thank you so much for watching man :)
The "ice bath" in 6 inches of water was hilarious imagine seeing someone sitting in the middle of a creek while it's snowing.
That was the deepest part for the creek I could see at the time lol Thanks for watching :)
dawg... trav this was outstanding! Loved this v-lawg ... plus friday was my bday so having a video like this was sick! Probably my fav one youve posted in a while. the mic d up vids are so good
Happy belated birthday Deaner!
ty it was a great day fam :)@@trav4oilers
I went from playing at sea level to playing at around 7000 feet. Took me almost a month to recover and was nearly admitted to hospital because of the way my body reacted. Quit smoking if you smoke because its what almost killed me.
Glad you shared this and that you were better able to handle the change in elevation than i was. Always nice to watch someone else chasing their dream. Congrats on the past and many more future successes to you.
Its seriously no joke. Thanks for watching brother and more to come :)
Great video! Thanks for doing what you are doing and sharing your experience ( highs and lows) with all of us. It takes a lot of courage to do it.
i love sharing them but more importantly Thank you so much for watching man :)
Pro or not, you should do this more often. Fun to watch like back in the day. 🤘
You'll see more of it soon! Thank you so much for watching man :)
So great to see, Trav! I hope this will get you momentum for youre next step. Good games.
I hope so as well brother!
Nicely done Trav. Solid play considering the altitude and new teammates. You are the man !

Way to keep them in the game big dawg. You looked really good and making those timely saves when needed. Very happy for you and the battle for that win.❤
Thanks a lot mike :)
Trav, was really refreshing to see you enjoying the game again! Keep up the journey and looking forward to hearing about the next chapter in maybe? Germany.
Germany is on the table! Thanks for watching :)
What a crazy fan presence haha would love to see this extended but awesome nevertheless to add more minutes under the belt
Type in mountain hockey league on UA-cam for the full games. There’s teams all over the country and we play exhibition games against the FDNY team and others too.
I think there will be a part 2 forsure! Thank you so much for watching man :)
Looked like a fast, fun couple of games. Nice saves. Great job! 🏒 👊
Thank you so much for watching man :)
Playing hockey and looking EXCELLENT!! Congrats 🍾
Thanks for watching :)
Great to see the new opportunity! things are looking good in the MHL
Thank you so much for watching man :)
That was great hockey weekend!!!!
Thank you so much for watching man :)
This was the best two games I have seen you play since I started watching you 4-5 years ago. Great work Trav.
Because he's playing in a beer league with part time snow plow drivers.
@@Brothersfamilyfarm gotta start somewhere.
@@lawrencedalton9059 start? He's finished. And that's okay... But I hope he's aware of that too.
@@Brothersfamilyfarm no one’s finished until you stop having fun playing the game.
Trav is at a Senior Men’s league/Junior B level based on his history of playing hockey in sub level leagues, nobody moves up to pro hockey at his age from a senior league to pro and contributes, its just how the hockey universe works
Hell yeah Trav! Great performance, glad you got the DUB!
Thanks for watching :)
Played awesome. Nice job.
Thank you so much for watching man :)
Great episode!
Thanks pierre!
Congrats on the win! Love this content!
Thank you so much for watching man :)
Trav, this video is awesome! Nice job all around - the hockey, the production, the goalie commentary, I loved it all. I can tell you enjoyed the spit out of it too. I’ve seen the moose play in Jackson hole, I think it’s the same league, such a good time. This video is a huge win!
Thanks for watching Dave :) it was a blast!
Loved it! I remember playing out there years ago in a tourney. Half our team got sick, including me. Honestly, its dangerous and no joke atl sickness.
Its no joke bro! Thank you so much for watching man :)
Playing in breck is no joke. I’ve played there a few times now and even as I live tat 6700’, it still takes a game or 2 to get acclimated. We play 4-games over a weekend for a tourney in sept.
Wish I’d have known ahead of time, I may have come up to watch.
Might go back next year, Thanks for watching :)
Trav this is what we want! Doesn’t matter the level, just play!
Good to know and Thanks for watching :)
Good to see you playing again!
Thank you so much for watching man :)
Maybe that Vail team is looking for cheerleaders. Great job pumping up the crowd!
Cheer leaders from Longest yard! Thanks for watching :)
Trav, was really cool to see you in the Rocky Mountains I didn’t get to see the game but it was cool to see a vlog in a place so near to my heart. Maybe Colorado is the right place for you. You get used to the elevation pretty quickly. Looking forward to seeing where your career in hockey or elsewhere goes.
Such a beautiful spot! Thank you so much for watching man :)
Well hope you had a great weekend and find a way to adjust your cardio 🤪 all in all great job sir. 💚💚💚🇨🇦
Cardio needs some work! Thank you so much for watching man :)
Being in Colorado this is my favorite trav video
More to come soon! Thank you so much for watching man :)
Glad to see these guys played defense for you. It’s good to see you were able to settle in and make simple saves happen.
It was awesome! Thank you so much for watching man :)
Good video and love the podcast!
Love ya man, Thanks for watching and listening to the show :)
Fuck yeah trav! Love seeing it
LOVE YA! Thank you so much for watching man :)
Well done! Atmosphere looked pretty sweet in this league
it was electric! Thanks for watching :)
Your movements look pretty great, looks like you'll be more competitive now after that surgery, keep up the good work
just need the other hip done. Thank you so much for watching man :)
Love it.
LOVE you! Thanks for watching :)
Senior 'A' league hockey. Well, you played well in both games. You should have arrived earlier to accomodate to the altitude, but it is what it is.
Absolutely should have, now we know for next time! Thank you so much for watching man :)
Considering the altitude and your lack of acclimation? A great two games! You were getting fired at, but at least your team played defense! Some really good saves there!
I'd agree, def a success! Thank you so much for watching man :)
Great vid! Hope you get asked back for more games. Looks like a fun league.
It was a lot of fun. Thank you so much for watching man :)
Congrats on the win
Thank you so much for watching man :)
Great game
Thank you so much for watching man :)
But what's the point of a 2 day contract ? Really , I'm curious.
So this league plays 2-4 games a month usually. It’s usually one weekend a month and they like having people play from other leagues. Amesbury came and played for the Yetis while he was waiting on his ECHL contract. We had Parker from the Danbury Hat Tricks play on my team for a weekend against the Mansfield Barracudas in Texas in January. It’s just something they do so people can play that are free or in between teams etc. It’s a fun league.
@@ArchieCrypto very cool.
Cause I don't have enough games to play for playoffs. Thank you so much for watching man :)
That would be an awesome place to play hockey!
it ws awesome! Thank you so much for watching man :)
Rise Trav Rise!
From the ashes! Thank you so much for watching man :)
Great game bro. Hope you had fun up here.
it was a blast! Thanks for watching :)
Trav! Looking good on the ice! glad to see another game video. I was just a few weeks too late to see you play live in Motor City, but that's how it goes. (Love the toque ;) ) Of course I did see the game in Watertown where you replaced Babs. Come to think of it, I've seen every game you played in the fedover the last 2 seasons.
Hahaha i don[t think youll see me in the FED ever again but Thank you so much for watching man :)
@@trav4oilers Yeah dude. Been watching for years (I remember the LA Kings experience). Keep making vids and I'll keep watching. You've given me a lot to think about regarding my own game.
Missed these game day vlogs!!
Game days are fun :) Thank you so much for watching man :)
good stuff
Thanks for watching :)
Big saves
Thank you so much for watching man :)
i feel you on the altitude sickness... I was throwing up the morning of 2022 SCF game 5, thankfully was good after a nap/food/iv packets
Just from going to watch?
No, qhen I got off the flight the night before game 5, I went for a walk with my dad for an hour, it was 90 degrees (no sun) and even that did it XD... thank fully i was well for the game!!!@@trav4oilers
Id be embarrassed if a goalie on my team craved this must attention and centered the game around him
Thanks for watching :)

Also Trav - “I quit after the second period” 😂😂😂
Love ya johnny! I have not been declined baggage since the last time we talked. Thanks for watching :)

It was a lot fo fun to do, thanks for watching Logan :)
I wanted to go see you play so bad but I had a tourney in Westminster at the same time. glad I got to see it in the vid tho
Come next time! Thank you so much for watching man :)
trav the mustard tiger lmao
I'll drink all your mustard. Thanks for watching :)
I play in this league for the Roughnecks and subbing for the Vacaville Hitmen in 2 weeks to play against the Vipers up in Breck. It’s really hard to play up there because of the altitude. But it’s a lot of fun fasho.
You know all about it then, goodluck bro and Thanks for watching :)

That was fun, Trav. What an exciting life you lead. It's good to see there are so many positive things you're doing. Keep up the good work! And keep posting your adventures. Peace out!
Thank you so much for watching man :)
Im happy to see more hockey videos. What were you stats for both games?
.932 SV% in 2 games. Thank you so much for watching man :)
@@trav4oilers thanks I'm a stats nerd
Clever use of nature to reduce inflammation. I hated ice baths after marathons, but you can't argue that they don't work.
They feel so good after. Thanks for watching for over 4 years paul! :)
Trav, my son and I have been watching you for a few years. I am happy for you that you are gaining success in your life, you deserve it. I do think that you are at a crossroads as far as hockey goes. Watching this, I can see you had fun however, you need to figure out if the chase of a dream should continue or is it time for other things like the podcast, I don't think you can do both. I think they both need to be taken seriously bit there is only room for one if you want to be the best at something. Just my two cents. I am cheering you on either way.
It's def something I need to reevaluate. Thank you for the love and support from you and the boy.
The MHL’s prices for advertising is cheap with way more attendance than the FPHL! Better off giving money to these guys
I could not agree more! Also treated me better. Thanks for watching :)
Home rink…also where the Global Goaltending Retreat is held.
yes it is! Thank you so much for watching man :)
Trav, altitude gets to everyone. Obviously, the more you play out there the more experienced you'll become in dealing with it. On the other hand, you handled business. Trav, this might be your league, get you settled, get into your game, and you're going to be fine.
I think it may be the fit. Thank you so much for watching man :)

Looks like he's had to resort to stuffing pillows under his chest protector to try to stop more pucks.
Nice to see you getting some icetime. Its not pro, but who cares. As long you have fun and get the win in the second game. Keep on going trav
Thank you so much for watching man :)
Hey trav, I was wondering what you did for hockey post high school? Im a junior right now and I'm not sure what the next steps are. Thanks!
It's all on youtube if you go back. I played junior in ontario, trained, worked out, junior in manitoba, college, etc. Thanks for watching :)
Man announcers really have a hard time with the last name 😂😂
Heard he;s still there stuck on it. Thank you so much for watching man :)
Looked like a good weekend and a lot of fun. Good to see you clean the ole cob webs off the skates.
ITwas about time! Thank you so much for watching man :)
13:35 trying to hype all 40 spectators
Nah bro, camera angle doesn’t do it justice. Behind the cameraman there’s a solid 150-300 seats that were packed for this game
40? On Friday night games here there’s over 1,000 people in there watching. They sell out the entire rink and with standing room and the lounge upstairs it’s around 1,200 people. For our games in 2 weeks against the Vipers they sold around 4,000 tickets.
@@olive_hawk3753it’s more than that. I’ve played against the Vipers and with the rink and upstairs lounge it’s around 1,000 people total. They told us they sold around 4,000 tickets for our games against them in 2 weeks.
Sellout 1400
Take a closer look! Thank you so much for watching man :)
Nice to see you in Colorado Trav. I live in Denver and wasn't keeping up with your channel much but seeing you play in CO warms my heart. Hope you're loving your life in Colorad, great place to live!
If you're ever in the market for a personal trainer in the area and who knows about altitude sickness, lemme know!
I live in Denver and play in this league and know some people who need personal training. What type do you do exactly?
@@ArchieCrypto Right now I'm working with weight loss and general health clients, but I played college hockey and worked with an NCAA D2 program for a year, so I have experience working with athletes. I'd like to transition to athletes and people who have a solid athletic base, but sometimes you just gotta take what you can get haha
If I'm back, sounds good man. Youll have to keep up now! Thank you so much for watching man :)
Let's goooo
Bad boys for life! Thanks for watching AJ :)
Breck fans are absolutely savage, say what you will about the level of play in the MHL but the fans absolutely love it.
I may have played in the god awful RMJHL however their fans always showed up and showed out.
People who say this league is weak would wake up fast after they get laid out. It’s a fun league and hard af to play in Breck. I couldn’t breathe in my first MHL game which was against the Vipers.
@@ArchieCrypto no argument here, I played a few games in the MWHL against the Reno Ice Raiders while staying in shape over Christmas break a few years ago. Man was I a surprised 20 year old at the intensity and speed of the game. Like I said sure it might not be the NHL, AHL, ECHL that people are accustomed to but it’s still decent hockey. Lots of former junior and college players
@@ryanfoster3391 exactly. That’s cool you played in the MWHL. I believe Aaron Shields played in that league too and he’s subbing for us against Breck next weekend. The Ice raiders are a good team. It’s a competitive full contact league and a lot of fun. I’m thankful everyday for the chance to play contact Hockey after after not playing for 15 years since 2008 when I left high school. If you ever want to join a team lmk. We need people fasho.
The fans make the atmospherre! Thank you so much for watching man :)
