- Hey! Thanks for watching! I appreciate it :) This is an amateur testing of the K&F Concept Variable ND Filter 2-400 HMC 82 mm on both a cloudy day and a sunny day. The goal of this test is to show what the filter looks like in use on a person during a video in two different weather conditions. Hope it helps!
Ps. I am aware I spelled aperture wrong in a majority of the video. I didn't realize it until the video was already uploaded and I was editing the subtitle captions for the video 🤦🏻♀️ Sorry pls forgive me 🥺

Didn't even notice the misspelling if you had not pointed it out. Great test. Your "amateur" testing is far better than those loaded with technical verbiage that only a few people relate to. I prefer your more practical testing.
I forgive you
I pardon you
This review felt so natural and kinda of how I'd test it when I get the filter. Straightforward, chill and definitely useful

I skimmed through the video (sorry) just to see the different looks/possibilities of a variable ND filter. This is exactly the demonstration I needed, so thank you so much!

Thanks, good video. Keep at it
Thank you!
I just ordered a K&F VND CPL filter to use for video on my Sony ZV-1. It doesn't have as many stops of VND, but it does allow adjustment of the filter's polarization. What you showed in this video looked fine. I hope I have good luck also.
Nice! Good luck!
Great info and review but the SWAG is everything here. Love it. I am buying the K ^ F next month, I have dedicated this month to the TAX man. thanks a bunch for the review.
Considering buying VND from K&F. Really helpful! Thx!!!!!!!!! :D
gran video! felicidades!
de nada y gracias!
Best video out there ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻❤
Your video has really helped me out with my problem. I have a Lumix g-100 and it’s sync speed is 1/50. So I can’t really get good quality pictures with flash during a sunny day. I was trying to figure out what type of ND filter I should get and your setting at 1/50 has clarified my confusion. Thanks a lot
So glad it helped and thank you for sharing!
you do it better than most professionals!
Thanks for video )
KnF really nailed it, price to performance as always. Gonna grab it
I like this review, laid back and i don't feel like someone is trying to sell me something lol. You should do more reviews! I just picked up this filter up too!
Thank you! Mentally noted to do more reviews!
Thank youuuuuuuu 🙏🙏🙏
My pleasure!
I'm just to buy this Variable ND filter and you did a good job showing it 🙂
Awesome! Hope it works well for you! Thanks!
Thank you for the review, i was thinking how difference it looks for every stops to this filter, because i dont have any experience yet use nd filter to take landscape or long shutter on sunny day with my sony a6000, and this video give me some insight
Love this @mikmedia98 - keep making your art
Thank you so much u really help me i wanted to know what it means 2-400 and u showed it to me thanks dear
Thank you very much ❤
You're welcome!
Thanks for your helpful comparison. I intend to buy a K&F one but not sure about its quality.
Keren, semoga halaman yt anda semakin berkembang, sukses selalu :)
Thank you!
Thank you so much 🥰
You're very welcome! Thanks for commenting!
Love your review
Better than much professional bs UA-camrs
Thank you!
I bought exactly that filter and a similar priced CPL one last week. Both are OK, adequate for the price.
good informative video. Which series are you using ?
Nice informative video ❤️
Does it effect on photo quality?
N is it good for potrait shoot?
Thank you! I haven't taken many photos with it since I bought it with the intent of videos. I did use it while shooting snow in the Grand Tetons and the photos look fine. I didn't do any long exposures though cause that's just not really my preferred shooting style. I personally haven't had to use it in a portrait shoot because I typically shoot at a high shutter speed when doing portrait work and haven't been in a situation where I really needed it while taking portrait shots.
good video, ty))
Thank you!
thanks helpful
Thank you!
thanks
thank you very much)
from Azerbaijan
You're welcome!
Hi great review. But a bit off topic: what’s the name of that knife/tool set you are using. 3 yrs ago I traveled to Germany and was gifted a similar tool unfortunately it was stolen. I wanna buy the same thing again but I don’t really know its name. Thanks :)
earned my sub
Thank you! I don't remember the exact name and can't find it at the moment but I know I got it at Walmart for like $10-$15. I think it was like Ozark Trail multi-tool or something like that.
it's not bad, nor do u say you're an amateur but I saw this video giving positive things, which previously didn't know became know 🙂
Thank you!
The last one is for f1.4 1/50 iso 800 (lowest iso for log movie mode) 😊
Thanks!
Lol I got fuji xs20 and it's 1250 lowest iso on Flog 2 😅
saludos desde Perú , thank you
Awesome and hello! You're welcome!
Is there any reason to get the 2-9 stops or 2-32 stops when this flexible range of 2-400 is available?
I'm sure there are. I mainly got this one because it was the most affordable and easiest to access for what I needed. Just depends on what you're looking and can afford for I suppose!
do you have the ND2-32? hope you can review it like this
This is the only ND filter I have at the moment. I don't plan on getting any others any time soon otherwise I'd make another review for you! Hope you find a helpful review of what you're looking for!
Can you please provide link..? because there are many like B Series, K series, X series.
This was the link I used! www.amazon.com/Concept-Variable-Neutral-Density-Ultra-Slim/dp/B085Y22QC5/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8&th=1
Hey, i just want to know about the color shifting. Or anybody else see the color shifting, because this type was the cheapest ND from K&F and i already bought it.
I got my undergrad from KSU...Go Owls!!!
Aye! Go Owls!! Hooty Hoo! Congrats on graduating!
Is it a good filter?
Nice! I would have added "my personal best stop is..." if I was you....
Thanks!
please share the product link
Got it off of amazon: www.amazon.com/Concept-Variable-Neutral-Density-Ultra-Slim/dp/B085Y22QC5/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8&th=1
Seems to be around the 9 stops it claims
