  • My garden harvests this year have definitely suffered with the lack of the traveling gardener! I stopped at the farmers market to pick up some goodies in late fall, and started making my future planning for food preservation, canning, dehydrating and freezing. I was able to harvest everything left in my garden and work on putting up a lot of food for the winter. In this video, I talk about farmer's market eggs, onions, so much garlic, tomatillos, cherry tomatoes, peppers, imperfect produce of peppers and eggplant, and Thai chili peppers.
