- Tyndale House Publishers is offering several new cover options to some of their most popular Filament layouts in the NLT. The Olive Green, I’d have to say is among my favorite. What are you favorite new colors?

Thank you, Tim. I'm very impressed with Tyndale's Filament Enabled Bibles. It allows the printer to optimize the text layout because the notes are displayed within the Filament App.
We're finally starting to get some green options and I love it!
Great looking Bibles. The green leather and the typesetting looks very good, especially the large print thinline.
I love this Bibles! They are such a beauty!
Good job brother Tim👍 The NLT is my favorite translation and I’m excited to see better quality Bibles being produced in the NLT❤Thank you for highlighting these Bibles !!!!! Love your channel … love your sign off - “Keep calm, ?, this is your Nickel’s worth”😊 Please tell me what you say after “Keep calm”. It’s difficult to hear. Again, just love your sign off👍🦋😊
Keep Calm and Jesus On!
Got it 👍 love it 🎈And keep up the good work … great enthusiasm 👏👏
Love your channel .. always learn so much .. ✝️
Thank you, Brother Tim 🌹🌹🌹🌹
Love the layout and generous font size. Thank you for the review and comparison Tim. 👌
I just got the personal size giant print with indexes. Although I have more “premium” Bibles, I don’t feel like I’m missing anything with this one. The quality of the leather, lining and paper rate an “A” and the dark olive color is gorgeous.
I’d like to have a CSB with the same features.
I love these, I do wish Tyndale would perimeter stitch their leather bibles.
agreed.
Beautiful Bibles, but I wish they were in vbv format. And I love that olive green color - it brings back my memories of basic training!
I wish they would do a goat skin in all of those text blocks. I love Schuylers, can’t wait to see if they release a PSQ in the NLT.
There’s been talk of this…maybe one day.
It would be helpful to include the ISBN numbers in the description 😊. These look like lovely Bibles
Sorry I normally link each Bible in the description, that is done now. Thank you for pointing this out.
Why am I just now seeing this ?! *heads to tyndale*
They are sharp!
If you have connections there at Tyndale, please let them know that people are clamoring for a premium from them!
They hear it often…
Think a premium will ever happen from Tyndale?
If you're not using the large print thinline I'd have a good use for it
I gave it to a friend.
Since this is not a premium bible is the leather stiff? Bonded type stiff or softer? Thank you for all the great videos
It is definitely not like bonded leather. It may however be pig, but I feel like it’s cowhide.
Tim, thanks for your video! I’d love to have an NLT rebound and even more if the edition has the “filament.” Since my favorite one, the Caxton, is no longer in print, what NLT edition would you recommend for a rebound? When I go to Tyndale to compare specs, I don’t see any information on the GSM paper or font. That’s why it is difficult for me to make a decision. A midsize Bible, good paper, font between 9.5 to 11. Any advice? Thanks again!
It’s virtually impossible to get paper information. I’d check out the large print personal size or the large print Thinline. They have one that’s similar to the Caxton but keep in mind that’s an 8.75 font. It is the first ever filament edition. I have a video on it called “Poor Man’s Caxton” if you want to check it out.
@@anickelsworthbiblereviews thanks so much Tim!! I’ll check it out!
Is it possible that the one on the far left is a giant print 'personal size' and not 'compact'?' I believe the compact only has a 10 point font and is only 5" by 7 ½" ... I can't find the compact in Olive leather on either Tyndales site or Christian Book.
It is. I’ll have to look when I get back. Each publisher has a different definition of personal size and compact. It gets confusing.
Hello Tim, which of these would you say has the thickest pages? Are any in the mid-30s GSM?
They all have the same paper. I’d guess the gsm in the low 30s, but it’s hard to get those numbers from the publisher concretely.
Would this be a good bible for someone who is new to Christianity and never read the bible?
The NLT is an outstanding starter translation.
I love the large print Bible but I want it to be single column. 😅
That would he a big one!
@@anickelsworthbiblereviews oh yeah!
Why does Tyndale House assume everyone wants red letters?
The publishers I have talked to say that the overwhelming majority prefer the words of Christ in red. I don’t know, but I’d say since they see sales they would know.
Good Bibles. I'm not a fan of the paragraph format.
Have you lost weight? You looking good.
I have! About 40 some pounds.
@@anickelsworthbiblereviews 40 pounds??!!!! My God, man. You must be skin and bones under your clothes.
