He has chrons disease so won't be able to gain muscle until he sorts his gut out. He needs to try dairy/gluten free and actually eat. He lives off redbulls which are terrible for your gut.

Man I wish i had someone like this to guide me in the beginning - I'm legally blind so getting to a commercial gym is hard and I just work out in my own home gym I've been slowly building the past year and a half. Awesome to see him take it serious with N3ON and not fuck around.

He’s too small and inexperienced to even need that many exercises for one muscle group. He should be doing full body workouts 3 times a week. That’s it. The training industry is so funny lol. Like this workout is nonsense for him. 300 isolation exercises when he can’t even bench the bar makes no sense
