hey, just FYI, unless you want to swim, the uni gym is better than Better (imo) and the yearly membership for the uni gym (both sites in taly and park place) is only £175 (starts beginning of uni, ends 31st july)
Hiya! I only used Maindy gym for the first month until I got access to the uni gym on the High Performance Programme - the facilities are fantastic !

Are the beds full size singles or just 3/4? I’m looking at south or court for September 2021
Full size single for what I am aware but double check on the university accommodation website! The bed was a lot comfier than I was anticipating which was a bonus 😂

how long do the lectures normally last?
Lectures vary in length for each course! For my live lectures online they are typically 45-90 minutes, hope that helps 😊

@@zuzavcccxxc1348 hi, sorry if this isn’t too helpful but in regards to your question, I applied to Cardiff for law and the requirements were AAB, I applied with predicted grades of AAA and got an offer very quickly. I wouldn’t say it’s super easy to get an offer as it’s still a Russel group but it seemed slightly easier than York. But that’s for law, I don’t know about physiotherapy.

How are the people at the uni and do you have physical lessons? Coming there next year, thanksss :)
The people are lovely! I haven't had any in person lectures so far but we have been able to go in once a week to have contact time with our lecturers and work through tutorials or ask questions on things we are stuck on, hope that helps :)

It really depends on your course as each course has different requirements! I need AAB including maths for my course but I recommend looking on the university website for more information, hope that helps 🙂

I think at Talybont it is around £160 for the year but it is worth double checking on the university website x

Hey! As I am not part of the medical school I don't want to comment on things I am not 100% sure on but I am sure there are other youtube videos or facebook groups about medicine in Cardiff that could better answer your question, hope that is okay x
