Happy Easter!🐣 Even if this video helps just a few people out, I know that I wish I could have had a room tour of my accommodation before I went to uni so hopefully it helps!
Hi there! it looks beautiful! I am from Bolivia and this video encouraged me even more to go to your university .. could you please make a video talking about the prices of the races? and it is paid annually or the entire degree directly and if they have help to foreigners please 🥺❤️
Thank you so much for making this video, soooo helpful and I love your little room set up :))) Was just wondering if you knew if Liberty House was only for students on Heath Park Campus?? No worries if you don’t know ofc!!
Really great! May I ask if there’s a new accommodation coming up this year? I will be studying in Cardiff in Sep and I’ve heard something about the new accommodation😅
Thanks for the video! It was really helpful. I’m just wondering how loud Talybont North gets at night as I’ve heard that there are lots of party people at Talybont and I’d rather be somewhere quieter.. thanks!
Glad it helped! I think all uni accommodations will be loud to a certain extent depending on your building/room/flat mates/day of the week etc. North hasn't been too bad but again will depend on factors such as the ones I mentioned earlier. Talybont defiantly is a big social accommodation but I think you can apply for quieter living/buildings in the different Talybont accommodations. No matter what ear plugs will save your life trust me 🤣🤣hope that helps ! x
Bit of a weird one but would you recommend bringing a record player to halls if the room is big enough for it? Ive applied for tally court but I’m unsure on whether the accom permits bringing speakers and stuff and also I don’t want them to get damaged so I’m a bit on the fence with it 😂x
I had a standard sized ensuite in Taly North. They offer the small and medium rooms in other buildings in North. My friend had a small room - they said it was okay but quite small!
I was in house S this past year and I loved it!!! It was perfect with the grass bank and basketball court right outside and it became a popular area during freshers. Overall it was amazing for me! Hope that helps x
weird one but when did you apply to get accommodation? heard loads of people didn’t get what they wanted (e.g. taly). was wondering my chances as i only decided on cardiff recently
Hi! I applied quite late as I didn't firm till end of April I don't think. I actually got my 3rd choice accommodation but it ended up being perfect for me so don't be put off if you don't get your top choice!
Hey , Can you tell me , if the university is good for MSc in business management , I've received offer for September intake 2021 Really appreciate it ..!!
Hiya! Have a look on the Cardiff University accommodation online as they have lots of information on there. Compared to other accommodation options North is one of the cheaper options, hope that helps

Thank you for the video. It was really difficult to find a detailed video on the accommodation of the Cardiff Met❤
Loved this! Thx for posting. I’m either gonna hopefully go to Tal. N medium en-suite or Liberty House and this is rlly helpful to watch :)

I did MBA from Cardiff University lived in llys talibont
This is very helpful thank you so much❤️ however, there’s no mirror in any rooms in talybont north? The whole body mirror.💕
there is a mirror in the ensuite and in the flat corridor :)
That's nice! I adore your designing. 😮
Thank you! 😊
Really great! May I ask if there’s a new accommodation coming up this year? I will be studying in Cardiff in Sep and I’ve heard something about the new accommodation😅
Not that I'm aware of but there may be new private accommodation that I am unaware of!
@@GraceNatasha Tksss
So helpful thank you❤️
Hey, i wanted to ask if you brought the shoe rack yourself or if its just in the wardrobes?
I brought it myself !

Hey! This video was really helpful as I'm moving in Taly North Medium En-suite. Was wondering what was the size of your room?
hey this is the bigger one its called ensuite bedroom on the Cardiff website :)
can we go out at night from university accomodation
is there any time bond?

Everyone brings speakers so its up to you and what you feel comfortable bringing! x
Woahh😍
Hey! Can I ask whether you had small room or medium room in the video? Is the small room decent for students?
I had a standard sized ensuite in Taly North. They offer the small and medium rooms in other buildings in North. My friend had a small room - they said it was okay but quite small!
Thank you for the video if was so helpful 💕I was just wondering what house you’re in? And if house S (Taly north) is good? Thanks :)
I was in house S this past year and I loved it!!! It was perfect with the grass bank and basketball court right outside and it became a popular area during freshers. Overall it was amazing for me! Hope that helps x
@@GraceNatasha Thank you 😊

@@GraceNatasha thank you so much!! put court, north then south but honestly don’t think i’ll mind either way not the be all or end all :)
@@paigeg2695 lol i did court, south and north! what are you planning on studying?
Hey ,
Can you tell me , if the university is good for MSc in business management , I've received offer for September intake 2021
Really appreciate it ..!!
Hi Natasha! I'm planning to pursue my Post graduation at Cardiff. I'd like to know which accommodation is the most affordable and en suite.
Talybont North is comparatively affordable I feel.... I used to stay in North
Hiya! Have a look on the Cardiff University accommodation online as they have lots of information on there. Compared to other accommodation options North is one of the cheaper options, hope that helps
If I get full scholarship, then i don’t need to pay for the rooms?
I think it might be worth emailing accommodation or the relevant department to ask :)
Whats the wifi/ethernet connection like?
I found it worked well 99% of the time! It went down a few times throughout the year but it was never a major issue.
Hey! Has the uni opened?
If you mean that some in person teaching has resumed then yes!
@@GraceNatasha Also, is it hard to get in this university? Are there a lot of part-time jobs available?
Are there rats in the accommodations? The rumours have me worried about student accommodation at Cardiff
no rats in university halls!!!!!
