I guess you could say the current owners don't share the same American philosophies as way back when it was American owned.....it's truly pathetic how neglected this place has become by these owners
This place was magical as a kid ... we just got home from our vacation and I had no ides it was being torn down. I was in there 2 years ago and it looked so bad ... I knew it was only a matter of time.
@@Passmethedoobiescoob It was pretty bad. Buckets all over the store, catching dripping water from the holes in the ceiling, the alligator pit looking worse and worse every year, employees with depressing looks on their face whenever you went.

God i remember when this place was literally magical, the owners should be ashamed of them selves for letting the place go downhill like that.

That is sad. That park across the street pulled out too. Bummer
What happened to this place? It's went downhill since the 90s.
I think Miracle Strip closing killed a lot of this area.
I remember walking through that thing as a 7 year old kid in 1971. Damn if we aren't getting old!
I don’t remember it looking that good
It got torn down last month.

I used to love going in there! I moved about 9 years ago and never got a chance to see it before it was torn down. How bad was it inside?
