all this happened cuz they tried to redo the whole story and make us players happy after cbt-1. It's a lot of work and the overwork has caught up to them and here we are with many issues. Personally I faced 0 issue on PC and Mobile. Just build a PC for gaming and work and also have a phone with snapdragon 855.
personally I think those who faced issues are people who have old pc or phones. Wuwa has a bit of demanding requirement for playing it especially on the phone side. Just last month had a potato pc and I am lucky I got to build my new gaming plus work pc right before Wuwa.
Have to disagree with that last part even people with high end phones were having issues , the game seems to be instead lacking optimization in several gpus , in mine experience i had any other than render issues and overheating at launch so
@@lovelessshoot883 can't say your lying cuz the devs did addressed performance issue. But that still should be small and after the 1st few updates that issue should have been resolved for all. I did saw a person play WUWA on an apu with intel graphics which was not really a enjoyable experience but he did run the game without any issue.
5:15 problem with this is: its not actually refunding the value, the negative balance will be more. the intrinsic value of not rolling (gems) will be more value than the result (3, 4, 5 star weapons). i think the only way is refund the money of what they spent and take away the stuff they reroll, ie revert back the account before spending. however, i think this is impossible to do with individual accounts.
another problem of negative balance is customer will see this as "company do not back down" on their mistakes. "its your mistake, why would i have to deal with negative balance." lead to ppl not willing to spend and thus damage their future prospect. they should have just refund the money as a form of apology and take the loss. i would think this loss will be less than all the stuffs going around now and future.
This was found to be fake. Someone altered an in game screenshot. There is no negative balance happening to anyone. It is likely anyone asking for a full refund will get it, but as of now, we have NO evidence of their stance other then the faked screenshot in this video. In addition, for the leaked emails, Kuro is giving everyone part of the email leak 65 USD of value through an amazon gift card.

I have not yet been on that Wuwa doom train, but if they somehow mess up Yinlin's banner, then this is where I say Kuro is very incompetent. You can say as many bad things about Hoyo in terms of their stinginess, but at least they don't have a lot of these simple-to-dumb mistakes that Kuro is making. Kuro just needs to get their heads in the game.
Remember Raiden's Burst fiasco? Or Zhongli's scaling? Nah. miHoyo had it's fair share of terrible moments. The only real big blunder from Kuro was the leaking of e-mails. Their localization team choices are their more most noticeable smaller problem.
@@ShepardCommander But your argument stems from characters released much AFTER Genshin's launch. We only have one limited character so far in Wuwa, so it's premature to say that Kuro has won this fight. There's still a possibility that Kuro might mess up with new characters, but we will have to see.
@@novaboy1174 1st Anniversary rewards, their restrictive stinginess is a much bigger problem (and continues to be) than you make it out to be. But besides that, they had a buggy launch as well (which is understandable, as a first of it's kind type of game). The other main issue that I don't find in other gacha games (including star rail) is locking major story content behind limited time events, it's just plain retarded and is still an issue for sure with summer event coming up. Genshin has it's own list of UNFIXED major fuck ups. Personally I love both games (and Star Rail even more) but I don't want to be unfair in judging them.
@@ShepardCommander I dislike how Genshin had limited areas that are only accessible for a limited time. It would make more sense just to keep that content in the map.
I was hoping the game would distance itself further from Genshin and give new limited characters a 100% rate up on their debut banner like PGR but that didn't happen unfortunately. The game is still a bit more F2P friendly than Genshin at least. It could certainly be better though.
Overall though I'm having a good time with the game. It's nice that echos can be farmed without spending stamina. The grind to go from account level 30 to 40 is brutal though.
it happens when one burns out all quests and content in 2 days. I still have a bunch of quests left, that are also chain quests, plus s tonne of question marks on the map ( more quests), got to UL 31 yesterday without even stressing. And with so many quests left over ( some of them are 2000 Union points worth) i reckon it won't be that brutal to hit UL 40 by the end of june or earlier. Just relax, man.

The bugs and translation issues all will be gone in a few days but people will have bad memories that's all. Hope the game does well cuz it got into this mess cuz the devs tried to redo the story after our feedback from cbt-1.

Players received x2 bonus on purchase then when they do refund Kuro deduct x1 currency pack and you got your money back. What's the problem? Yeah, you don't have your x2 bonus anymore but you have your cash and remaining premium currency. Not always negative. And even if it is, they deduct x1 then you buy x1

these kuro devs are grinding, they need our support and money but also fair criticism. They deserve every bit of it but not all criticisms are equal. With the current discourse, there are people taking advantage of the situation to feed more hate and damage their reputation. I would say kuro games need to get their asses together but also rest. You cannot focus and work properly without getting enough rests.
They were trying to be original and unique instead of just using the already known and widely used standard naming convention, it fucked up and backfired hard. This never would've happened if they just used the normal names for things.
It was a localization fault.
June is going to be their most critical month of all, with ZZZ right around the corner. 996 culture is definitely kicking in hard at Kuro Games. Best of luck to them.

Jiyan's 5* weapon is worse for sure. I didn't like what they did there.
I don't remember the JP players ( or anyone eslse for that matter) going that far for the Haran Geppaku Futsu's bug that was never compansated nor fully squashed ( there still is the the doubt it could have been also caused by Echoes of an Offering x4 in combo with that sword). Miko's turrets messed targeting also was barely aknowledged , turned out that the whole auto targetting system was f* up and raged on for 2 years, did anyone see compensation? Ofc no.And let's pretend the Xinyan tier 3 shield that still bugged after almost 4 years. Now that Kuro took a typo...they're reporting to the official authorities? Double standards much? The privacy matter instead is a different problem entirely and THAT is the one that should have been the point of interest.
People just trying to milk the company at this point to keep getting free shit..

I personally don't see the issue here. It's not like it really changes the way Jiyan is played in my opinion. He's still gonna come in and ult on cooldown. He's an ult-bot type character. Personally if you're willing to roll on weapon banners then you've got disposable income to the point where it doesn't matter.
I've never had an issue with any of my gem counts being incorrect and I have the daily subscription. I also haven't experienced a single bug or anything that didn't seem polished apart from the occasional frame drops which are very minor but I play on PC.
People really trying everything in their power to see this game fail and get as much out of the company as possible. They changed the whole story and changed a few of the character models due to player feedback/outrage which in itself should be commended plus they also gave us three guaranteed 5 star characters due to complaints and people still want more.
I will say that the email leaks does suck and was a massive oversight by whoever was in charge there.
The issue here is that Kuro breached the whales trust in JP market (one of the biggest in revenue streams for them). After this incident you will think twice about actually spending money in this game, because if anything goes wrong, you will be met with the reply "if you want a refund then sort this out with your payment provider and make a charge back. We will of course make your currency negative in this case and account will be bricked, so good luck".

Again I don't see an issue. The fact they even allow you to refund in the first place is a plus on the company. Most Gacha devs would laugh at you or pretend that the problem never existed. People have been bullying this company since day one and it's really sad to be honest.
Translation errors are common in these games. Item descriptions being incorrect isn't new. Never in any Gacha game I've played have people been so quick to pull out the pitchforks on every minor inconvenience. Like holy shit they gave us a five star selector from backlash of people too dumb to understand the beginner choice banner.
@@NsyteIcyShadow "they even allow a refund" lol. You don't need a permission from them to make a charge back with your bank or other payment provider. All they did was informed affected people that there will be no real refunds and currency will be negative in case of charge back. Basically "if you unhappy, charge back but you will brick your account"

Your content uses a lot of information you just randomly found with no backup of the data. I'd recommend doing a bit of work if you want to have a successful channel. From 5:00 on you can pretty much ignore your video as the only information was from a user provided screenshot that was proven to be faked. The big issue in the space of the internet today is that people believe 100% any information presented. As a content creator, there should be an expectation of doing a little more work if you want to make some money.
