It is rare to see Michel act like a second best friend to Lorelai. You know he and Sookie were gossiping about Jason and probably covertly watching them.
All Jason was for Lorelei was something to do it wasn’t true love and the relationship felt forced Luke was Lorelei’s true love with them everything was flowed so naturally and they had way more in common plus Luke was in love with her ever since Lorelei got to town they started as friends first so they already knew each other very well knew each others ticks also likes and dislikes
Jason was alright but he was so different from Lorelai. I don't see them going together that long. O doubt Jason would like the small town life and Lorelai would never leave Stars Hallow.
