I think @@jowannad is right. When ever people talk about Africa they always mention the desert and the poverty. Never the beautiful beaches and the abundance of fruits and how fresh everything looks. Sarah has really shown us a different side of Africa

Also I’m all about positivity but, that has got to be the most unsafe place to stay at among many things. I couldn’t see putting myself or my family through that.
Solo is a charismatic, amazing,intelligent chap. He understands his responsibilities knowing he has to help his wife.Looking after 10 children is a lot of hardwork!Solo is also a pastor and its hard work.You must be intelligent and industrious! He is also using the Kenya trip to chill, relax. Its also good to let the wife(Princess) of the house shine, you the man take back stage. Solo,his lady bounce off each other, on same wavelength. They are fabulous, amazing and blessed....

That's a harmless millipede (22:35) if you touch it, it coils to protect itself . Millipedes are considered to be non-poisonous. The difference between millipedes and centipedes is easy; millipedes have two pairs of legs per segment. Centipedes look different and have one pair of legs per segment. Centipedes are the ones to watch out for. Enjoy your stay ! P.S Give my regards to Tess, home school Msa Rd Group buddy.

In Africa snakes are very present.Snakes especially like basking, warming themselves in the sunshine so keep your eyes peeled and be alert. My dad doesn't like snakes so he has this special shoe he normally wears when we tell him that a snake is in the house.He chicken's out when he sees snakes but shows bravado and boldness!He leaves us laughing for we all knew the absolute truth.
I'm glad you could have a nice and relaxing holiday. I would not be able to relax if someone mentioned snakes, I'd be on edge the whole time. But it does look beautiful!

They were awful at first but easy to get used to. When you accidentally step on one you think you have stepped on and broken a sea shell. So weird! And hard!!!
Our Tribe of Many They just seriously freak me out! It’s almost a phobia. The house is really beautiful and the ocean...ahhh! I would love to live on the ocean! I guess I’ll have to settle for farm ponds here in Kentucky! 😊

A "hundred" years ago, before our O-levels, my class traveled from our boarding school in Uganda to Malindi to study marine Biology! We traveled by train from Kampala to Mombasa---(back then the train was the bomb). Then we took a bus to Malindi. It was the hottest place we had been to and we made a nuisance of ourselves buying ice from the hotels! I will never forget the heat. We stayed on the beach in large tents right next to the hotels. We went out in glass-bottomed boats every day and even did some diving with the locals down the coral reefs. But the minute we got out of the water, our skin was covered in 'salt'! Now here I am in Boston MA watching your trip and feeling nostalgic. Any mention of snakes would have sent us running back to Uganda. By the way, my name is Sarah, too. Blessings.

We just returned from our annual beach family vacation. This year we went to Destin, FL for the first time. Normally, we go to St. George Island, FL or Panama City Beach, FL. We wanted to try somewhere new this year. We live in GA so it is only about 5 hours away from us. I absolutely love the beach & everything that goes with it. People say if you live on/at the beach you get tired of it but I just can't imagine ever getting sick of the sound, smell & breeze. I'm sure it is possible though.
Thank you so much for all these videos & this amazing house tour. I'm quite sure I'll never get the opportunity to visit there so I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the different sites y'all have visited. What an amazing experience for your kids!! They will most definitely always remember the memories made while on this trip. Well all of them but the babies, of course!
I know y'all now are back home & I'm glad you made it back safe & sound. It is always nice to get back home, unpack & go back to "normal" life no matter how much you enjoyed a trip. I know by the end of our week vacation I was ready to get back home/real life. There's something to be said for sleeping, waking up, showering in your own home. The older I get the more I feel that way. Vacations are a lot of work, especially for us moms. Both my girls brought friends with them on our vacation. They are 16 & 11 but don't enjoy the same activities most of the time. My 16 year old daughter is quite adventurous while my 11 year old daughter is more hesitant & reserved. I allowed them to bring friends so they'd have someone to do things with that the other didn't want to do. It worked perfectly so I was so happy I made that decision. My 16 year old went parasailing, snorkeling & jet skiing & there's no way my 11 year old would have dreamed of doing any of those things. I'd love to have done them but always have to stay behind with the kid that doesn't want to participate. I'm not complaining, that is what us moms do 😉.
Anyway, don't know why I've rambled on & on 🤷♀️🤦♀️😂. Thanks again for sharing your family, extended family & vacation with us 😎😍

Amazing place to stay...Solo with two babys= so adorable....you truly have a beautiful family....thank you for sharing this journey...I feel we got to see a different side of you and your family...got to see more interaction with the kids and everyone is so relaxed...we see interaction with the kids when your at home this is just different....I love that we got to see one on one time with the kids if that make sense example: when you got you nails done, boys went with dad to get hair cut, kids vlogging more....thank you for sharing your journey...Big hugs, loves, and prayers!!!!!!
When our kids were younger and Mom and Dad were alive, our whole family would go to Gatlinburg, Tennessee for vacation together. There would be 18 of us altogether. Those would be the best vacations.
I am glad you all are with Solo's family. Visiting with cousins that you seldom see is wonderful. I know you were gone a month and are at home again, but I am sure you wish it was longer.
