In my humble opinion the 2 huge couches definitely work. As far as the baby grand goes it is very difficult to judge space from a video but I have a feeling it will also work on the north side although it might not have much space around surrounding it.

Congratulations! When I was 14 we moved from Nebraska to California . At first my parents lived in a care house as hostly. They run the home. The plan was for our new double wide to be a cross from the driveway. My lived with my grandparents. The day the double wide was pulled in. I put all our clothes, my mom told me that it will be days before we could move in. I was so disappointed,
I raised a very large family. I threw all the clean socks into a large wicker basket, and everyone had to find there own. They often grabbed socks on their way out the door. And much happiness in your beautiful new home. Make wonderful memories.
