I just love the wide variety of types of comics in your videos. I get bored easily when I watch videos aftyer videos of the same superhero stuff. Not that I don't like them as well, but seeing books from different publishers and different genres just makes watching more interesting. * * * I just discovered the Dennis the Menace comic books recently. As you said, they are a lot of fun and hope to pick more in the near fiuture. * * * The first Gladstone run of titles are my favorite way to enjoy Disney comics. The crew at Gladstone in the 80's obviously knew their Disney and they offered a nice mixt of classics (by Barks, Gottfredson, etc.), the best of European comics (from Italy, Netherlands, etc.), and introduced us to new talents like Don Rosa, William Van Horne (personnal favorite), and others.
Thank you! My collection is definitely all over the place in terms of publishers, characters and time periods. I myself have well over 100 Dennis books and even though I have a lot of 80s and 90s Disney books, I favor the 40s and 50s stories and art.
Congrats on adding that grail book to your collection (Still hunting one for my own collection). I too use the Silver Age Ultra-Pro (the larger one you showed) for all my Silver and Modern comics (I like the bags to be all the same in my boxes). I bought cases of them years ago when I changed all the bags and boards in my collection. Back then I didn't bother with using a single brand, so the quality would be differ from book to book. My older books were starting to have yellow bags and the boards were showing some ugly brown spots. So I decided to change them all at once with the same quality of bags and boards. No more cheap stuff!
I just started buying bags and boards every time I would visit an LCS. But different ones had different brands so I had to make due. I have noticed some of the books I've bagged and boarded not too long ago already have ripples in the bags! I still have 100s of b's & b's I haven't opened yet, so...
Ghost manor looks sick

Thank you! I build up store credit just like you do, but not as much! 🤣
