Why didn't you use the internal RTC?

I made it on Arduino IDE 1.8.10.
Important! Choose the right (older) libraries versions and
hardware definition files ESP32 (Espressiv) version 1.0.6
Higher versions do NOT work in this environment.
The SDA,SCL I2C lines go to D21, D22 on the ESP32 Dev kit C.
