What a beautiful adoption story! My Dad was adopted and we were able to get to know his Birth family when I was a little girl. They are still in our lives and I love them all! It’s amazing getting to have 3 sets of Grandparents growing up. Needless to say, I got a little spoiled and always felt like my Grandma (Dad’s Mom) was trying to make up for lost time with me. 💜 Thank you for sharing your story. btw: I live in Rock Hill, SC. Rock Hill is where my Mom’s family is from.
I am not adopted and have never had any experience with anyone who has been so for this specific video to catch my eye and for me to be interested in watching must have come from God … I am a Christian and your story is so God filled … Every step of the way … From the very day you were born ! … until this moment even … April of 2022 !…. What a beautiful unique adoption story … That your mom (Kristi) would have asked for a Christian home for you and that you would find that … I’m sure Kristi prayed regularly for you .. That you would follow God I’m sure she prayed for a Godly wife Godly friends … and just a life centred around Jesus … The sacrifice she made was a difficult one but God knew what your story Would be even before you were born … Thank you for listing this inspiring video for the world to see Randall … Your moms must be very proud of the man .. father.. husband .. and son you have become 🙏🏻
Such an amazing, amazing story. . .33 years ago I used to volunteer to work the night shift on a Crisis Pregnancy Center (pro-life) hotline. I would answer the phone in the wee hours of the morning and try to give love, hope, understanding and practical help to the frantic teenagers and young women who would call in - most of them experiencing post-abortion trauma. I hope someday the pro-life centers helping young women will have videos of stories like yours - helping young women see what God can do when you trust Him, that He can make something beautiful of your life, if you let Him.
I am so humbled and happy to hear of your story. And I am tickled you are giving God praise. I have my own story so that is why I am hear. You are so blessed.
Cue today, May 2, 2022. The fight over Roe V Wade. This young woman gave him the gift of life! I’m crying like a baby. I think most of us see the gift of his life as just that! The joy at being reunited. Granted not all reunions turn out like this. But this should be an example of just how very precious these lives are, to both the adoptive family and the birth mother. A woman never forgets her baby. PTL!
Such a beautiful story! So much love! I love stories like this. Everyone should know where they come from if they choose to. Your heart always has room to love more!! Thank you Randall for sharing your story!!
I love family ancestry and this just makes me love my family even stronger surnames are also interesting cause they can carry 1300 or less years of ancestry
There are mommies that cannot take care of their children. In a world where abortion is possible, give your baby in adoption is a sign of love, the desires to give the little one a chance.
5:28 In that moment, she knows exactly that she knows the person in the photo, but she can't tell what it is. You can see the emotion she feels the moment she lays eyes on his face
Praise God! We may not always understand His ways or His timing, but we always need to remember that "He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he."
I am still hoping I can find my cousin's birth-child on Ancestry. I am in the states, he was born and adopted in the states, my cousin, our families are in the east Province of New Brunswick, Canada. She was young and it was hidden from her father. She had her baby in Maryland about 1970 and he was adopted from Catholic Services. We just lost his Dad but he has a Mum and full brother, yes they eventually married and had one son. I believe it was a closed adoption. I am 67 now, and I am still looking.
Wishing you the best of luck. A couple of years ago, I helped my 71 year-old adopted cousin find 2 biological half-sisters and much information about both sides of her birth family. It's been a rewarding journey for her.
Thank heaven that nowadays there is no need for children to be given away. Unwed motherhood is the norm, not the exception. Parents don't disown their daughters for getting knocked up. Every kid has the right to be raised by their own mother.
So happy for You both, it was GOD ordained. Please pray for my husband Rob + mercedes ( me ). we have been separated for 27 years. Being in the Lord to be reunited this year.
The loving way that she *immediately* said "Randall" is what finally brought the tears to my eyes. Didn't even say it like a regular name, but a "That's my baby's name" way.
