honestly these type of stages that tone down the backvocals is so good for people like Chungha who can finally showcase with no doubt their vocals. Obviously only those who rely on background would be detered but people her and shows like Immortal Songs for idols like her, Mamamoo, Ateez is had been a great help for their career so they can showcase their skill
She has the entire package; amazing dancing skills, great steady vocals, absolutely gorgeous, gives captivating performances. I'd go as far and say she's the best female solo act of this generation of Kpop.

I really appreciate how Chungha shows us her singing capabilities. Of course she lip-syncs during the chorus, but she makes it obvious when she is and isn't singing. I highly recommend the MR removed version if you wanna hear some high quality music ;)
