    My jaw dropped open a few times from the small little hints you gave. The angled ruler to find center blew my mind. The clamped wood to hang it off of the table was an awesome idea too! Thank you so much for that!

    I started building tables with my dad and recently moved to my own shop I am just started to learn how to work on my own and I have to say I love the jig ideas!

      Thank you. I must say that it has taken a lifetime to gather the tools. Most of the tools are very old like me. Many of them I grow up with. I started with a jig saw (which I still have) and a drill.

    Looking for things to do and I always wanted to work with wood and just never had the time. Thank you for spending time to share your skills.       Thank you for your comments. Thank you also for the comments on my shop. It is my dream and it did not come easy. It has taken a lifetime to get the shop to where it is now. I started in a one bedroom apartment with a jig saw and a drill.

    Great Job, Looks awesome, will be making on with my cnc. It might take longer but it will be more precise than my measuring.

      Thank you for your kind words. Yes, it would take longer on the CNC but my machine is too small to do it anyway. I have no choice but to use the hole saw.

    Very cool! We were givin a plastic one that's missing the bottom peice to hold them in. Kids very disappointed any ideas on how to fix this?

      Use some 1” flat hinges glue and screw them in. Use a thin board for the bottom piece. Paint it the same color as the plastic.

      The original plans for the frame were on line through a2equipment.com I know that they have closed. Not sure it plans would be available. The saw platform and pipe slide was all my design and no I do not have plans. I built this several years ago long before I thought about doing UA-cam videos. Thank you for your comment

      Paw Paw’s WorkShop yes I’ve gotten the plans. I had already contacted them actually. They said the plans do me no good without their kit. Their kit is no longer in production. Would be nice to see how you did yours and maybe do something like yours or get ideas from yours and make up my own 😁

      That is awesome! I will get some photos of my design for you and get you started in the right direction to building your own. You do not need their kit. It is very easy to add your own. This is the best news that I have heard all day!!

      Yes, I did make it. Sorry, I do not have a video for it I made it many years before I started doing the videos. My design was taken from many sources including the panel saw from Home Depot

    Question, do the discs side well as it appears they are the same thickness as the spacers between the two hole cut plywood boards?

      I did sand each one so that they were slightly smaller and then tested each to to ensure that would slide easily.

      One other question. appears you uses 3/4 inch plywood?

      Yes, this one was 3/4". It was built for a high school that would have rough treatment.

      Scott Kaye . First, sharp bit. I did have a slight bit of tear out but with the router and doing a round over that solved the problem

      Yes, I have sold some of these. Due to the weight I only make them locally. They are too big and weigh too much to make shipping affordable.

      robert cruz. Not really sure. I did not weight it but best guess is around 50 to maybe 60 lbs at the most

      This one was 3/4" However, you could make it from 1/2"

      It would appear that KaBoom.org has updated their site and it is no longer available. I could not find it either. However, I give all the details and sizes of all the materials to make your own in the video.

    Great video!! My frie ds and i will be making this very soon. I do however want to clarify one part of your video.... Aren't the sheets of plywood supposed to be 64 & 1/2" by 43" ??? In the beginning of the video I believe you say 63 & 1/2" several times but the math doesn't work out.

    Hello. I haven’t read through all the comments but I noticed that the measurements that you gave on the 4 in a row game are not accurate. Your measurements are 63 1/2 by 43. When I did those measurements it was off by and inch. My measurements where 64 1/2 x 43 . That made it 5 1/2 inches on both ends.
