My jaw dropped open a few times from the small little hints you gave. The angled ruler to find center blew my mind. The clamped wood to hang it off of the table was an awesome idea too! Thank you so much for that!
I started building tables with my dad and recently moved to my own shop I am just started to learn how to work on my own and I have to say I love the jig ideas!
Thank you. I must say that it has taken a lifetime to gather the tools. Most of the tools are very old like me. Many of them I grow up with. I started with a jig saw (which I still have) and a drill.
Looking for things to do and I always wanted to work with wood and just never had the time. Thank you for spending time to share your skills. I would like to see wedding backdrops with grass on them or wedding arches. I want to do some things for my own wedding. Well, anyhowwwww😆 Thanks again. Hope all is well.
Thank you for your comments. Thank you also for the comments on my shop. It is my dream and it did not come easy. It has taken a lifetime to get the shop to where it is now. I started in a one bedroom apartment with a jig saw and a drill.
Thank you for your kind words. Yes, it would take longer on the CNC but my machine is too small to do it anyway. I have no choice but to use the hole saw.
super , merci beaucoup! beau travail !! pas facile de faire la conversion entre les pouces et les centimètres mais je pense avoir réussi. je me demandais l'épaisseur du contre-plaqué des planches?
I'm glad you like it. I gave all the measurements in the video to make this project, however, plans are available to download at www.KaBoom.org. Enjoy making this game.
@@PawPawsWorkShop I see you painted the legs did you also paint the plywood itself cuz it doesn't look like it just wondering to make sure I do it right
The original plans for the frame were on line through a2equipment.com I know that they have closed. Not sure it plans would be available. The saw platform and pipe slide was all my design and no I do not have plans. I built this several years ago long before I thought about doing UA-cam videos. Thank you for your comment
Thank you, I will add this to my project list. Were you able to contact a2equipment for the plans? I know that the plans were free on their site at the time I built this project.
Paw Paw’s WorkShop yes I’ve gotten the plans. I had already contacted them actually. They said the plans do me no good without their kit. Their kit is no longer in production. Would be nice to see how you did yours and maybe do something like yours or get ideas from yours and make up my own 😁
That is awesome! I will get some photos of my design for you and get you started in the right direction to building your own. You do not need their kit. It is very easy to add your own. This is the best news that I have heard all day!!
Sir I’m new to your page….did you make that plywood cutter machine…..(I’m sure you did)….is there a video for that. I wanna know how to do that. Thank you
Yes, I did make it. Sorry, I do not have a video for it I made it many years before I started doing the videos. My design was taken from many sources including the panel saw from Home Depot
It would appear that KaBoom.org has updated their site and it is no longer available. I could not find it either. However, I give all the details and sizes of all the materials to make your own in the video.
Great video!! My frie ds and i will be making this very soon. I do however want to clarify one part of your video.... Aren't the sheets of plywood supposed to be 64 & 1/2" by 43" ??? In the beginning of the video I believe you say 63 & 1/2" several times but the math doesn't work out.
Hello. I haven’t read through all the comments but I noticed that the measurements that you gave on the 4 in a row game are not accurate. Your measurements are 63 1/2 by 43. When I did those measurements it was off by and inch. My measurements where 64 1/2 x 43 . That made it 5 1/2 inches on both ends.
My jaw dropped open a few times from the small little hints you gave. The angled ruler to find center blew my mind. The clamped wood to hang it off of the table was an awesome idea too! Thank you so much for that!
I always try to do those little things in my videos. Thank you very much.

That is awesome! Congratulations! Yes, jigs are a big time saver and improve safety.
Looks incredible. Now I just need half these tools 😆
Thank you. I must say that it has taken a lifetime to gather the tools. Most of the tools are very old like me. Many of them I grow up with. I started with a jig saw (which I still have) and a drill.
@@PawPawsWorkShop my grampa started me on a jigsaw...making puzzles..love that tool!!
Muy bien hecho su proyecto!!!

I enjoyed your video, I live in North Wales, great Britain.
Awesome! Thank you! I love hearing where people are from. Beautiful country!
I love this Paw Paw! Can’t wait to build and play this with my family!
Awesome! I have several of these for family and friends. This is a great project
Thanks for what you do. I have learned about my x-carve from you and easel live videos. Keep it up my friend.
Thank you very much.
Thank God for you sure i mean if details details details matter was a person....I love how you gave exact measurements this is awesome thank you
You’re welcome

Awesome! Thank you!
Excelente!!!
Felicitaciones!!!
Thank you very much. I appreciate your visit to my channel
Great effort, wish I had all the toys u have to make this
It has taken a lifetime. I started with nothing more than a jig saw and a drill.
Do i plan to do.this? Nope. Did this video make me believe i can??? Yupp. Thanks for the tutorial. The little short cuts blew my mind
Lol, glad you loved it. Thanks for watching

I am SO going to build this now. Thank you
Hope you enjoy it! Awesome!
Ida quit after the 2nd time passing sander through the holes, jk! Great job Paw Paw! You really have a full shop. My dream!

Paw Paw’s WorkShop wow that's quite a testimony to hardwork and dedication.
Thank you
Great Job, Looks awesome, will be making on with my cnc. It might take longer but it will be more precise than my measuring.

Awesome. Thank you so much. The plywood is .75” or 19mm
That's pretty cool man
Thank you very much.
I love and I plan to steal this idea.
I'm glad you like it. I gave all the measurements in the video to make this project, however, plans are available to download at www.KaBoom.org. Enjoy making this game.
Good job friend
Thank you
Fine job
Thank you very much
Very cool! We were givin a plastic one that's missing the bottom peice to hold them in. Kids very disappointed any ideas on how to fix this?
Use some 1” flat hinges glue and screw them in. Use a thin board for the bottom piece. Paint it the same color as the plastic.
What do you recommend as a finish to keep it looking good outside
Use a good quality exterior paint
@@PawPawsWorkShop I see you painted the legs did you also paint the plywood itself cuz it doesn't look like it just wondering to make sure I do it right
Yes, paint all the exposed wood
Hi, can you use the original circles as discs?
No, the disk will fall through the hole
Great project. I really like your panel saw. Do you have plans for that??

Paw Paw’s WorkShop it would be great to see a video of it. We may be able to get a good enough idea on how you made yours and make one ourselves 🙂
Thank you, I will add this to my project list. Were you able to contact a2equipment for the plans? I know that the plans were free on their site at the time I built this project.

Do a giant battlefield tabletop game with a duel sided white board
Interesting idea
@@PawPawsWorkShop tag me in the video when you do. May I have the plans for suggesting it? If not that’s cool. No harm in asking.

Where did you find the 7” game pieces?
I made them also.
Question, do the discs side well as it appears they are the same thickness as the spacers between the two hole cut plywood boards?
I did sand each one so that they were slightly smaller and then tested each to to ensure that would slide easily.
@@PawPawsWorkShop Thanks
One other question. appears you uses 3/4 inch plywood?
Yes, this one was 3/4". It was built for a high school that would have rough treatment.
how did you avoid tear out drilling those 6" holes?
Scott Kaye . First, sharp bit. I did have a slight bit of tear out but with the router and doing a round over that solved the problem
Do you make them to sell? please tell me yes. If so how much would one cost? Very beautiful!!!
Yes, I have sold some of these. Due to the weight I only make them locally. They are too big and weigh too much to make shipping affordable.
@@PawPawsWorkShop wat city are you located?
Paw Paw how heavy was that when it was finished?
robert cruz. Not really sure. I did not weight it but best guess is around 50 to maybe 60 lbs at the most
How thick are your 2 game panels? 1/4" or 1/2"? Thank you
This one was 3/4" However, you could make it from 1/2"
I can't seem to find the plans on the website you posted?

WOW, you are correct! it is 64.5" I'll correct that in the description. Thank you!
Any idea how much that weighs?
Shifty Squirrel . Best guess is about 50 lbs to maybe 60 lbs. I did not think to weigh it. Thanks for the question.

Yeah, alright, someone else who says it that way!
