I just got a set of 23 square vinyl floor samples, (they look like wood from a tree) and I want to incorporate them in my classroom some how. I thought of coasters for the kids’ water bottles during snack time... Would you have any other ideas or suggestions? Thanks - Tanya Lira

What age group are the kids in the classroom? You can do all types prints onto the samples.
Paw Paw’s WorkShop 5-6 year olds. That would work as a good art project, thank you 🙏.
I love this...do you seal them when you are done painting them? If you do seal. Them what would u recommend?
Los Los . No I do not seal them. The acrylic paints work extremely well and with daily use have had no problems at all. Thanks for the question
is there a way to cut more of the same thickness with out having to reprobe every time?
No, with Easel you must z probe everytime however you can use the same x,y 0 point as I show in the video.
@@PawPawsWorkShop thank you for the help
You're welcome
May I ask what CNC set up you are using?
The CNC is the XCarve 1000mm from Inventables.com
doesnt that gum up your bit? how do you keep it clean?
Actually, no it does not bum up the bit
I dont have a machine like that. Was hoping you did something by hand carving for example.
You can do it by hand, you just must have more patience than me. This material will cut easily with a v groove tool.
I LIKE YOUR THAT. ANY MORE OF SAMPLES IDEA
I use many of the floor samples to make quick simple gifts
Nice job, but the OCD in me is saying it's not centered :D
lol, ok maybe it is 1/64" off
