I bred a few relaxaurus with philanthropist and it doesnt work for me and ive tried a few...just as slow m, would you happen to know why?
Does the ability stack? Like if you put 2 pals in that both have the Philanthropist skill, would it be 200% faster?

yes, that works. Unfortunately it's not in my interest for the child to also have this passive, the four desired passives should be on it, so it's only worth it to create random passives or to condense them.
