This frame ROCKS. Also, I know the music is loud but we’re stuck with it now 💀😂 oh also flyfish made me a coupon code for their website if you wanna buy one of these! It’s “5%Wyatt” and if you use the link in my bio it gives me a commission! 😱 Hope you guys had fun watching! Tune in next week for my first micro review!!
I’m so glad to hear that! I’ve really been trying to demystify the process of getting awesome clips so that other people understand they’re capable of it!!
Hahahaha someone saw it!!! The motors held up great. When the fire happened I fully fried two to the point where the coils were jet black but that’s not surprising no motor can survive that. They also took some huge impacts and the unibell handled it perfectly so all in all they did great
Great Vid! Have you considered an o3 air unit and running without a gopro?. I've literally smashed my AOS 5 to bits and the O3 is so resilient! Also it makes the quad so much lighter😊 keep the vids coming!
Thanks man!! I absolutely have! In fact I have one on the way right now. I don’t know if it can fully replace my GoPro only because if I did put an nd on the o3 camera for great motion blur that would also mean I’d be flying with motion blur in the goggles which is tough. But hey I guess we’ll see when it gets here if it’s a good option for me! I’ll for sure be making a video about it. Thanks for watching homie appreciate you stopping by!
Damn good job bud! I enjoyed it. Good looking rig for sure, besides when it catches on fire hahah....yeah on the next one, just a suggestion, run the music a little lower, so we get more of your voice! Other then that, you nailed it!
Hahahaha yea the fire isn’t pretty. Thanks so much for watching! Yea I think my headphones make me think the music is quieter than it is but oh well 💀 I appreciate the notes!
It's a feature, the self desoldering esc design. It may be the next big thing, when it fails, it desolders itself for easy replacement. (mine usually burn the FC, Frame, Camera (including air unit if so equipped - +$200), battery and anything in the immediate crash location. I usually can save the motors. I'm liking your channel, subbed!
Hi Mate! Is there a chance that you could share the entire build here? Just bought this frame and I am thinking of what can I put in it haha Thanks! Great vid :)
Here’s the full list: Frame: Volador Props: HQ Freestyle Props Motors: Flash 2306 1750KV (if ur using a full size gopro maybe get some slightly bigger motors) ESC: Speedybee F405 50A ESC FC: Speedybee F405 V3 RX: Happmodel EP2 ELRS HD: Caddx Vista Nebula Pro/ GoPro 11 black
Got yourself a new sub, what's good brother? Been enjoying some of your videos today, I'm out here in Bakersfield but would love to come rip with you cats out that way sometime. I saw your post in SoCal fpv group. Think I might checkout this frame, I normally fly the grl titanium pro 2 but parts take a long time to get, been on the hunt.
yo! that'd be awesome! I've seen a bunch of your videos you absolutely RIP. Flyfish actually just came out with a Volador V2 which I'm making a video about in the coming weeks and I gotta say its ridiculous how many features it has and how durable it is for 70 bucks. Highly recommend. The titanium pro 2 looks sick I've never seen that thing before! I just think the accessibility and price point of the volador is a no brainer since I'm inevitably going to destroy it. I have three voladors now and I have yet to break one which is absurd! DM me on instagram/facebook so we can fly sometime!
I'm conflicted with mounted plugs, though it literally tilts away on my roma 3.5. They bent eventually and got it in a tree for a night. And would NEED long leads or to scoot my battery back. That's probably why my phantom just blew up too though.
Yea the thing is, with my flying style I end up breaking the xt-60’s more when they lead is strapped to the battery anyways so I might as well build it into the top plate
I would agree because it’s faster to repair and usually less vibrations, but I actually route the power lead under the vista between the two bottom layers which is kinda fire. On the speedybee stack it had always annoyed me that the vista plug is so close to the power lead solder pads, so going under between the two layers keeps them nice and separated. Plus It keeps it really safe in a shell of tpu this way and I haven’t gotten any vibrations either. 🤷♂️ we’ll see how I feel in a couple months, but a promising start!!!
Actually lower Kv motors have more torque, so you want to go for the lowest kv motor that will fit your quad if you want more power, if you want a more smooth flight then you want a higher kv motor, sacrificing torque for smoothness. kv has nothing to do with the motor size, it means the motor has a higher rpm but is less powerful.

it's quite refreshing to see the crashes mixed with the incredible acrobatics
I’m so glad to hear that! I’ve really been trying to demystify the process of getting awesome clips so that other people understand they’re capable of it!!
I'm researching this frame for my next build and found your channel. I'm really impressed with your production and editing. And super informative!
Yes absolute 🎉
1:44 DVD logo hit the corner 🎉 How did the motors hold up?

I’m so glad you’re enjoying the content!! Lol I burnt two of my motors sooo bad along with the fc but the vista survived so I’m a happy camper 🤷🏻♂️
That automatic full desoldering feature really makes maintenance easy! 😂
Hahahahaha it’s like a Batman smoke bomb
Hi Mate! Is there a chance that you could share the entire build here? Just bought this frame and I am thinking of what can I put in it haha Thanks! Great vid :)

Lmao never had this much fun watching a review 🥵🥵🥵
I want this frame now, also sick music
Hahahahaha accidentally the best sales pitch ever
Cool flying with some very small gaps.
Why did you stop uploading man your videos are soooo good
Did You tune this quad, or you left the original tune on the flight controller?
I used the Supafly 5” preset for an action cam setup and it flew like a DREAM
I'm conflicted with mounted plugs, though it literally tilts away on my roma 3.5. They bent eventually and got it in a tree for a night. And would NEED long leads or to scoot my battery back. That's probably why my phantom just blew up too though.

@@wyatthumphreys true I've lost a little gripper once. Haven't half intentionally bashed too much probably only half a year in myself.
What an intro!
Are you still running the Mamba MK4 F722 stack? do you like it?
Yea so far I’ve had zero problems and I’ve really put it through hell
i wish the base of the frame was all one level like the xl5

I just found out that I am the greatest.
Hahaha you’re the first one to notice that!!! The greatest indeed 😎
@@wyatthumphreys Awesome video. I just found your channel and sub'd. I'm looking forward to seeing more in the future. Great work.
nice done
Thanks!!
With your flying you need the TANQ
This is the strongest quad you ever flyed? This vídeo has one year
Lets fly soon i live in the glendale area

Some narly attempts.
