    (0:53) Part A: Scale over 2 octaves
    (1:04) 2. Doublestop scale over 2 octaves
    (1:11) 3. Triplets (emphasize on third)
    (1:28) 4. 4 per note
    (1:31) 5. 6 per note
    (1:45) 6. First Cycle over 3 octaves
    (1:55) Part B: Scale in thirds up, in seconds down
    (2:11) 2. Doublestop scale in thirds
    (2:25) 3. Triplets, quads .... 3 octaves
    (2:41) Part C: Major & Minor arpeggios
    (3:02) 2. Doublestop arpeggios

    That's super. I have had surgery on both my hands in the last two years. I have not been able to play and have lost a lot of skill. This will really help me with that and rebuilding my calluses. Thank you so much!!

    Morning routine! Hahaha! I'm going to work on this, but for me it will be an all day exercise! At least until I build up my fingers again. Out of commission for 1.5 years from hand surgery. You have a different pick technique than I've seen most mandolinist use. Would be great if you explained that.

    Exersises octava are new voor me.
    Also I play arpeggio not only 1-3-5 but also 1-4-6. So sol-do-mi-sol-do-mi-sol en go on.

    Thank you so much! I'm 62 and no matter how much I practice I can't play fast.....been playing guitar for 50 years and messing with mando on and off for 10 or so......I never progress......

      Allo Mariano, Arik Kerman is a builder in Tel-Aviv, I know also Carlo Mazzacara makes similars in Florence.
