Came his gruff voice from beneath his beard, ‘well yeah that’s why I’m here-‘ she thought, almost making a face at him, buuuuut deciding against it.
She had come here to train. To learn. _to _*_fight._*
Her father had been an amazing man, she’d loved him dearly and had always looked up to him. Sure, she wanted to avenge him, but she also wanted to make him proud. Do right by his memory. Unconventionally or not.
Getting yelled at about cleaning the sword wrong was a little embarrassing, but hey, what was she expecting? She knew she wouldn’t be coddled. She wanted to be a KNIGHT for goodness sake! And boy would she work herself to the bone if it meant success. Able or not now, she would learn. Learn to properly wield and take care of a sword, learn to put on, walk in, and ride a horse while wearing armor, learn to take care of a horse, for she -might- *_would_* have her own someday. There was no room for self doubt.
Every question, every jab, even every tiny flicker of encouragement only served to embolden her resolve, give her life? Yes. Train like hell? Definitely. Risk death by a strangers hand? Sure. Honor her fathers memory? Abso-flipping-lutely.
“Oh I won’t be late sir.” She said respectfully as she finished up polishing. “After all…”
“I have a lot to learn right?”
This was so good!! Not to mention an amazing script by Angel if I may say so!! You absolutely brought it to life good sir!
Bit of a shorter comment today but I think it packs a punch haha, this one kinda resonates with me cause my dad lost his own battle a few years ago. Reminds me of the things I have to remember him! Like DnD and apple pie!
But anyway, this was amazing as always!! Prayin you can get things resituated and get your tooth taken care of! (If it hasn’t been already-)
This sir knight is so gruff, and definitely rough around the edges- but I see a glimmer of care behind that coarse exterior, I see it 🤭🤫 don’t tell him I said so of course xD
Awe, yeah it's shorter than your others but I still really like it! I'm glad you have those things to remember your Dad by! My tooth is not fixed, but I'm working on it hopefully I'll at least be able to be a little more creative by the time my next video is due otherwise I'm gonna have to run to Angel again.

What if I have only ridden a pony?! It has four legs, can carry you and ponies has been said to be more stronghead and thus harder to ride in some cases. 😂
