I went to a GC and during dinner an employee cleaned out the chocolate fountain. She pulled out all sorts of things including a small baby doll. I will never forget and have not eaten from a buffet since. Peace

This is disgusting! And that customer they interviewed plans on going back there to eat? Not me. No way would I ever go back there after learning about all the roaches and multiple health violations. You couldn’t pay me to eat there. Their food isn’t fit for a dog to eat. Hell even the roaches themselves died from eating their food.
I never got sick at a buffet.... Buffets are probably the nastiest places on the planet, but It never stopped me from a 5 dollar all you can eat meal :D

In Midwest City, Oklahoma. My wife and I got plates with leftover food on them. And a coffee cup that still had coffee stains in them, that they were clearly not washed. Its not the Golden corral. Its just a corral
actually raise roaches for people with snakes, I make about a $100.00 a month doing it can do more but I can only make so much a month I got 7 major bills each month 7 ways to make money on the side paying them,, I'm on SSDI can make up to $970 This $100.00 that I make from selling roaches pays my internet bill and house phone,
I believe that's why slot of people get sick dining out instead of eating at home let's bring back the old fashioned ways cooking at home it's untelling what we're eating dining out today. I eat at home.
Same thing here with Golden Corral in Pelham Alabama !! Roaches crawling around on top of the food And the only thing they changed out was the serving utensils !! I left without finishing my plate And went back 6 months later and had the same problem !! If you see one there is a 1000 or more !! They too had shut their doors !! I can only imagine what it looked like when the lights go out !! 🤮

I use to eat at the McDonald's near my home in Jacksonville FL on Dunn ave near Harts Rd. I stop eating at that location because 3xs in a row I got sick. The last time (the 3rd time all I brought was sweet tea) and I still ended up sick. Immediately I started feeling nauseous and started throwing up. So needless to say I don't eat at any McDonald's
In Every Restaurant happens the same thing, in fast food restaurants hires people from Regular jail or prisoners , for part time , that's all about saving money in every Restaurant no matter what kind that is, all Restaurant hide things that you can ever imagine, some workers they do not take shower or clean up themselves before showing up to work, you can tell by looking at their hair in the eyes, the rush to work, several of them are long ways to be clean or at least washing their hands after visiting the RESTROOM, OF COURSE NOT, WE ALL THINKING " NO BODY SHAW NOTHING "

Hey did you see the break room at abc news station? Under the cabinets was very dirty an the inside of the coffee maker looked like a toxic war zone. Plumbing leak cabinet damage. They cleaned up 🧹 an got a new fridge and coffee maker now. But Mann.. many staff stop putting their lunch in the for a while. It was hideous.. Golden corral has always been a sanitation?. This is nothing new, but keep your own house in order first.

I went to a Golden Corral 3yrs ago in Austin, Texas. Saw a roach crawling on the food before I got any and showed the manager. They gave me my money back and two free buffets. I told them I didn’t need those because I will never come back and I haven’t been back since.

I'm a server at GC in NC, we definitely wash our hands about 80x's per shift BC we are picking up dirty plates with food on them and the food gets on our hands so OF Course we have to wash it off. Now i can't speak for other employees in the building. Well the kitchen staff wears gloves at my location. When they make pizzas and even when they're battering the fried food, they wear gloves. I get my food fresh from the kitchen before they put it on the bar because I'll be damned if i'm eating food that 100's of people have touched lol. Also, EVERY restaurant has roaches guys!!!! I worked at sonic in high school and that's when I learned that. Even high end places have roaches! Roaches are attracted to cardboard and food. I've never seen any in the KITCHEN at my GC, BUT I have seen them on the booth's where customers sit. Even had a few customers complain about seeing the roaches on their booth's. One customer said she paid 80 bucks for her family to eat, so they just changed seats and continued eating. One time customer asked for a refund (which they received). Buut yeah, if you're eating at a buffet, that's between you and God- you made that decision.
It's about time. I visited that place almost a year ago. Pasadena. Texas. 12.oo noon. Food was cold n terrible. I called a woman manager. Didn't do a thing about it. I didn't make an issue because my sister said to leave it alone. She's a lady a perfect lady.. n wanted no problem. So we just got out of there . My brother in law a disabled veteran. my sister . Their young grandchild a boy. N myself. It was awful . Cold shrimp 🍤 fish roast mashed potatoes. I tried a little of it. There was no way I could swallow any of their garbage. Nasty as hell. I'm glad someone realized it finally. If I can remember the date we dined I will post it. As God is my witness. This is the whole honest truth. Be careful where u dine. A big Mexican woman said she was originally from the Rio Grande Valley.
They sprayed the entire place with poison put the food in contact with that poison, picked up the dead roaches and was open the very next day.. discusting!
and then they sent us a supplemental E-mail from corporate, it said: Although we once were about customer satisfaction, it's now about money, let the inspectors find what they will, you might get a rise out of us ,if a few patrons were to die, then again, maybe not.
I did research and it said temporarily closed but I could be wrong. At 1:20 that woman kept her cool. She knew why the news crew was there but at least she remained calm.
Just saw a roach by the desert area at the Golden Corral in Norman, OK on Interstate Rd. Disgusting! Never ever again going there or any other buffet, yikes. I will report this to the HD.

I think in most Chinese restaurants and perhaps homes 🏡 cleanliness is not a priority. Like here in Canada 🇨🇦 some Chinese restaurants and groceries were closed due to violations. They were given a warning for 1st & 2nd violations but the 3rd time they've been ordered to close. Can't open anymore if your license is revoke.
Between red lobster Golden corral and the Olive garden are owned by the same companies they give the health inspectors free meals so they can get by inspection I know I used to work for them restaurants on top of it my wife was a health inspector.
The roaches probably died from eating the nasty food at that buffet.

I'm a server at GC in NC, we definitely wash our hands about 80x's per shift BC we are picking up dirty plates with food on them and the food gets on our hands so OF Course we have to wash it off. Now i can't speak for other employees in the building. Well the kitchen staff wears gloves at my location. When they make pizzas and even when they're battering the fried food, they wear gloves. I get my food fresh from the kitchen before they put it on the bar because I'll be damned if i'm eating food that 100's of people have touched lol. Also, EVERY restaurant has roaches guys!!!! I worked at sonic in high school and that's when I learned that. Even high end places have roaches! Roaches are attracted to cardboard and food. I've never seen any in the KITCHEN at my GC, BUT I have seen them on the booth's where customers sit. Even had a few customers complain about seeing the roaches on their booth's. One customer said she paid 80 bucks for her family to eat, so they just changed seats and continued eating. One time customer asked for a refund (which they received). Buut yeah, if you're eating at a buffet, that's between you and God- you made that decision.
I at a Golden Corral in Georgia, didn't have problems, it's clean the employees are friendly
I work at one in SC. Have for 8 years. FOH bugs come from guests. I'm serious. I've seen them climb out of people's bags.

It's about time. I visited that place almost a year ago. Pasadena. Texas. 12.oo noon. Food was cold n terrible. I called a woman manager. Didn't do a thing about it. I didn't make an issue because my sister said to leave it alone. She's a lady a perfect lady.. n wanted no problem. So we just got out of there . My brother in law a disabled veteran. my sister . Their young grandchild a boy. N myself. It was awful . Cold shrimp 🍤 fish roast mashed potatoes. I tried a little of it. There was no way I could swallow any of their garbage. Nasty as hell. I'm glad someone realized it finally. If I can remember the date we dined I will post it. As God is my witness. This is the whole honest truth. Be careful where u dine. Thank u for finally someone is doing something about it. Before some innocent people die. They should hire decent people. The manager . A big Mexican woman said she was originally from the Rio Grande Valley.

They sprayed the entire place with poison put the food in contact with that poison, picked up the dead roaches and was open the very next day.. discusting!
my brother ate at GC for Father's day several years back and when he ate his steak It had a Roach in it and was super crunchy

and then they sent us a supplemental E-mail from corporate, it said: Although we once were about customer satisfaction, it's now about money, let the inspectors find what they will, you might get a rise out of us ,if a few patrons were to die, then again, maybe not.
I did research and it said temporarily closed but I could be wrong. At 1:20 that woman kept her cool. She knew why the news crew was there but at least she remained calm.
They only shut the place down for 24 hours? So glad I don't ear out that often if ever! YIKES!

Just saw a roach by the desert area at the Golden Corral in Norman, OK on Interstate Rd. Disgusting! Never ever again going there or any other buffet, yikes. I will report this to the HD.
It is sad to know that they are not up to cleanliness bc a lot of customers love eating there. I wish they improve their rules and regulations and In compliance with health department. rules or suffer the consequences.

That's gross Golden corral needs to take better of the store and clean it and take effort and have the Badgers for more effort into it and hire more people to clean that cuz that's gross I wouldn't eat there

I think in most Chinese restaurants and perhaps homes 🏡 cleanliness is not a priority. Like here in Canada 🇨🇦 some Chinese restaurants and groceries were closed due to violations. They were given a warning for 1st & 2nd violations but the 3rd time they've been ordered to close. Can't open anymore if your license is revoke.
Between red lobster Golden corral and the Olive garden are owned by the same companies they give the health inspectors free meals so they can get by inspection I know I used to work for them restaurants on top of it my wife was a health inspector.
