I think Boeser, Zadorov, Miller and Pettersson score, and we win 4-2.
I think we’ve been too hard on Pettersson as fans lately. He’s been in a slump, he’s also not Gretzky, Crosby or the like. Petey is like a Sedin and will take a little more development, but if we are too hard on him over the years he could request a trade and leave. We need to be good-looking Canucks fans about his slump situation.
Nah something's wrong with Petey. It's not his linemates. His coordination seems off. He used to bat everything out of the air, but now he's missing the puck, fumbling etc. it's like he has vertigo...
@@debuthunter5389 Good observation. I noticed that too, falls down a lot doesn't have his A shot or speed or quickness. Funny thing is they always say he isn't injured yet they also say "everyone is banged up this time of year". On top of that you see him on the ice thinking of what to do and that is a killer cuz that always leads to trouble.

Ooooo boy. Second round and Tocchet fiddling around with the roster. The optics don't exactly instill confidence. Pettersson's got to break out...if he doesn't do it tonight after getting called out by Tocchet, he probably won't. Still enough hope in this old heart of mine for a Canuck win...4-3. Thanks Clay! I seem to recall that Pickard was poor at the cross ice pass. If Canucks can set it up he has a slower reaction to the cross because he is so focused on the shot.
Petey will have a great game but I never make predictions on scoring. To many other factors involved.

That’s exactly what I would have done in Game 1. I always like the Blueka line with Garland and Joshua
I'm all for reuniting the Joshua, Garland, Blueger line. Petey needs a better supporting cast, smart move. The 4th line will do fine.

Overall these are great changes. The fourth line is taking a bit of a chance defensively (would still prefer Lafferty there), but one thing is for sure - it will be exciting! 😎
It will interesting to see how Petey reacts.

Everyone is a little bit nervous about this game. It’s very good to point out that early in the season anyone would take game 5 with a split against the Oilers and have home advantage. Also that we have Silovs playing very well with Demko injured. If it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t even be in the 2nd round. I expect the Canucks to come out flying and throw everything at the net and try not to let Pickard settle down.
I agree with5-3. New lineup Petey might bump the slump. I had thoughwe looked like the better team, but have been told otherwise, but we will be the better team tonight.

cole's looked so bad on so many plays. some have been unlucky but overall, disappointing given the whole thing about him was the playoff experience. Would so prefer Juulsen there instead.
