My boyfriend seems to notice wonderful development, so I’m really pleased with it. I truly have agood sleep everyday right now. My anxiety will just fade whenever I do the neck and jaw routines, it keeps me calm. .

Sames lol
Sleep apnea is cuased by mouth breathing and very bad for children because the front jaw did not come forward enough meaning the tong to far back blocking childs breathing
Is that a cause or a symptom.

There is a 7 year old boy named Avery that was snoring loudly in my ear like hell
If he does it again, can you record it please?
Do I have sleep apnea I just started in the day time I noticed I started feeling weird I was forcing myself to breath and to night I was about to shut my eyes then I stopped breathing right when I noticed it I started freaking out and I felt like I was about to vomit so I cried cause I'm sad now and I feel like I'm forcing myself to breath and I'm getting tired of forcing myself and I'm getting sleepy
How's everything man, are you alright now?
So many children and adults for that matter are not being flagged for sleep apnea simply because they do not snore.
Exactly. Snoring is totally optional.

For one ☝️ I was born with ADHD
they say it can cause symptoms of ADHD, not that it causes ADHD itself. 10% of people with ADHD could actually have sleep apnea. There's a lot of overlap of their symptoms. They are of course biologically different, however. One's caused by sleep deprivation while the other is caused by a dopaminergic dysfunction in the frontal lobe. Stimulants help both groups (heck, they sometimes use stimulants to treat narcolepsy type 2) but for different reasons. Stimulants in people with ADHD correct a biological problem, whereas stimulants in people who are exceptionally tired make them feel more awake. It makes sense how sleep apnea might be a missed diagnosis.
@@Fireflyepic Excellent description of a truly terrible state of affairs.
