Its the food we are eating which is the main reason why we are leaving too but growing your food is the key no matter where you are.
Yes, although this video is not about growing your own food, I do agree it is important. This video is more focused on sourcing good quality foods. The reality is even those of us who grow our own food can’t grow everything. Many of us still source 80-90% of our food from stores. For example, I don’t grow rice 🍚 Rice needs a lot of rain 🌧️ and humid climate. We have the humid climate here in Memphis but Farmers about an hour away over in Arkansas have the perfect climate and rainfall amounts to grow rice and have plenty of rice fields 🌾 So we’re all buying something from somewhere. Growing your own is the best but I don’t have chicken 🐓 🥚 or even beef 🥩 cows 🐄 right now. So I buy it. Sourcing foodstuffs from a quality market or farmer is extremely important whenever we can. Even in Africa you will see local markets where people are buying, selling, and purchasing their products. So this video is really for US and UK consumers who need to source good quality foods now. Knowing your audience is key 🔑
@@synolve oh yes I know its not about growing your own food and I know that our audience is key but I just thought I would mention growing your own food no matter where you are and no we can't grow everything I wish we could trust me but growing anything helps the cost of having to buy something in the store you know what I mean. Trust me I wish I could grow it all but I can't and of course at some point in our lives we will have to buy from local markets no matter where we are which isn't a bad thing like you stated in your video picking these local markets and trying to get as close to natural products as possible and reasonable as well. I am in the US still so this video was for me. I thought your video was very very helpful and I am sure everyone would agree keep up the good work.

Hey, sis you never lied these prices are killing us. This is why I told my husband we will have to make our back yard a grocery store until its time to go to the motherland and will be doing the same thing but on a bigger scale. I looked we have a store but its nothing like the one you have 😢.
I put the message at the end because I knew this message was for the people who really needed hear it and really had eyes, ears, and wisdom to perceive it. I definitely understand because we grow our own grocery store too in the garden 🪴 Our store here looks so rundown. It’s actually finally getting a new facelift because they’re redoing the front of the building. I’m not sure if they will redo ↪️ the inside also. But I think that’s part of the plan. It’s an easy way to hide in plain sight. Our store here is definitely bigger inside than it looks. If you go and shop, let me know! Do a video. I’d love to see what’s inside!
