A real sneakerhead has the knack of getting a pair that’s truly special. The other kind of a sneakerhead who just buys what’s popular is not a sneakerhead rather a compulsive buyer.
The chalk white is my personal favorite out of the recent Ultra4D releases. It's also the closest to selling out in Canada. The Oreo CW seems like a dud in Canada. All sizes still available. They're nice... just not $300CAD nice. Maybe if they go on sale, I'll pick up a pair.
True! Not a hit in Canada. I prefer the 5.0 black
Just got the black and white version. Definitely true to size. I have slightly wider feet, and a slight bunion. The prime knit material helps not press against it
One benefit I like from the ultra4d is that it's gonna look the same in a couple of years (assuming you take care of your shoes.) don't have to worry about yellowing of soles like boost does IMO

Got mine recently. Harder to wear compared to the ultra boost. Love the ultra/4d mix! Looks amazing in hand. Adidas are 2 years late releasing these! Can’t wait to get my hands on the packer collab.
Love these. I'm all about the monochrome colourway with my sneakers and clothing (colourblind, but at least everything matches) so these would be a nice addition.
On the look out for the high-top Nike Maestros too

4d wasn't too comfortable to me. Boost is definitely the best for comfortability
Wait 'til lightstrike pro becomes more widely used.
It takes time to break them in. At least for my pairs, after a couple of weeks of wearing them, they became quite comfortable. Still not as comfortable as the boost ones.

So happy I bought the 5.0 before they sold out as well was gonna cop the cream ones but then they sold out.

Thanks for this review 4D vs 4D 5.0. I just surprised at only difference is the knit. I prefer 4D FWD to 4D/4D 5.0 because feel much softer than 4D, kind a closed to Ultraboost.
Ultra boost is more comfy, better cushioning on the 4D…but not by that much…
I prefer the plain grey, not of fan of the mixed black and white knit

I just bought a pair of adidas a month ago they are neon orange and it's a newer one, I'm just getting into shoes, and I love my adidas they are so goddamn comfortable, what other designs do people recommend especially since I'm on my feet 10 hours a day 4 days a week sometimes 5 or 6

i realize this s difficult question to answer but let you know what you think anyway. With regards to the 4D soles, I realize you mentioned they are not as comfortable as the ultra's but i wondering how well they hold up over time. Because for me that's something I really try to factor in when I buy shoes. When I were a pair of sneaks, it's all I wear. I just wear them until I blow them out and they have nothing left and can't support the weight of a pineapple. So that being said, if i had to wager on how long both shoes will last as far as support goes, I would bet on the 4'D's coming out ahead and likely one of the best over all as far as long term support goes. What are your thoughts please?
Conversely I prefer the stability of the 4D sole. Got a couple of pairs inc these.

My guess of the cheaper price is that they already paid the up front costs for production with previous shoes and the process and technology has gotten cheaper for em to mass produce🤷♂️

First review of the Ultraboost 21 is up - and it's from this guy in Geelong, Australia. Talk about unexpected! Whilst no one knows for sure how he got them so early, it seems it was not via an adidas connection, but rather the contract shoe manufacturer or the logistics firm.

They are nice. But adidas burnt me out on the shoe, or maybe influencers and critics did? Either way I feel like it's just the same shoe being redone over and over. That being said tho. Boost is super comfy.
