With the transmission try to make sure the battery of the car has a good charge. That jerking you’re describing seems like the certain parts of the car isn’t getting the proper voltages. & the burning oil smell is simply the nature of turbo charged engines. Before turning off the car let it idle for a few minutes so that it can cool the engine down. Most people forget that turbos produce a ton of heat, & driving in a spirited manner is fun… but don’t turn off the car soon after a drive. Simply park, & let the cooling system cool off the engine & turbo properly.
I was very interested in your recently video about the transmission jerking issue which I happen to have the same issue and trying to figure what behind it. Mine started after I change the transmission fluid. I was wondering how did it happen for you? I was trying to find if there’s a common ground where the issue start. Thank you.
My transmission had pretty bad shuddering when slowing down and it also hard shifted when going into reverse. I was lucky to have been able to replicate the issue when the Honda mechanic was test driving it with me. Had the transmission changed at at 6k.
My car also shifts hard when changing gears while warming up my car and if I haven’t driven it in a day. But if I drive it once a day, it shifts fine. Could this possibly be the transmission fluid just needing to warm up? Cause it only happens when I haven’t driven the car in a day or so and only when warming it up.
It's probably normal, the engine bay is sprayed down with stuff from the factory and there's lots of fresh grease on everything and your brake pads are brand new and everything so some of that stuff is just burning off. I smelled the same thing the first time I drove mine but it went away and never came back

I have a 2020 Honda Accord 2.0t with the same transmission shifting problem. Only happens sometimes.
Have a 2021 2.0. Did it get worse for you? If so, how’d you fix it?
I changed my torque mounts n it helps with the jerking , stock mounts has lots of engine flex , that could be your problem
