Everyone watching you unbox those Wizards from JoJo live and reading out that Top 10 KNEW you hit the jackpot! Even JP was chomping at the bit for a piece of this action! Great video, Kenny. Crazy how many issue 1's there were. But hey... they're still rebooting major characters. The late 80s and most of the 90s they were seeing what stuck to the wall! Really look forward to these... bring em on!
Very cool video idea. I wanted to see the Macarena though.😁Although I got rid of my Wizards I do have the full run of Hero Illustrated from the mid-nineties. The Femme Fatales were everywhere back then. I can’t wait to see when Valiant comics show up as some of those went for ridiculous prices. See you tonight.👍
Hero Illustrated? Wow, I thought I was the only one to pick those up (though I don't have many now). Oh, and don't be dissin' on my Valiant, brother. 😁
@@TheJacksonRoykirk Hehe... I didn’t really read Valiant so I can’t opine on the content but the hype was massive and you couldn’t find any Pre-Unity for cheap. 😁
Great stuff, buddy! Keep up the edited videos, you do them well. ... I see you made sure nobody capitalized on the idea before you--good on you, bro! Great idea. And, yeah, don't go in issue/monthly order. There was a lot of carryover from one month to the next, so it'll get boring seeing the same books from vid to vid. And, yeah, throw in a live version from time to time--keep it fresh, keep it real, and whatever else you young whippersnappers say. 😆✌
This a fun video. I only own two on the list X-files #1 and Wolvis 100. I can see why I wasn't buying new comics in the 1990's. Today seems to be a repeat of that era. Make another one Kenny. This is totally fun. Keep it edited please. The live shows tend to lose focus and run too long.
Fun vid. But I guaranty you that no one at Wizard talked to one stinking retailer to figure out what the hot books were. Wizard was steering the market. Every retailer you talked to hated them for it.
Biggest takeaway from the video for me, how have you not seen "The Frighteners"? It's a niche, but good film. Also, if you want to go where no other UA-camrs are going with regards to 90s comics, do some "Anti-Gravity Room" or "Prisoners of Gravity" episode reviews. Those shows gave a face and voice to comic creators for me and opened me up to books that I never would have touched. They were both way ahead of their time, especially then, when it still wasn't the coolest thing to be into comics.
It wasn;t terrible but I do think it would've benefited from sticking to the chronological order of the book more. I was straight hooked on the Preacher trades but the show didnt really keep my attention
Awesome content 84 👍 luv the Retro Top -10 .. keep it random .. great memories ✌️ cheers and stay safe..
Concetto D'Amico - Thanks bud. I def plan to keep these coming
This is great I love where this is going
This was a great idea, thanks for the video, I really enjoyed it.

Thanks brother. I had a few Hero mags as well. Wonder if some of those other mags had Top 10 lists I could review 🤔
@@comichead8431 Yes, HI had the Hero Top Ten. I can send you pics of the spread and even do a collaboration if you want.😁
Yah! This series is going to be fire. #6 at 8:33 was 🤯👏👏👏. In Today's Top Picks playlist 👍
Thanks for the shoutout on your show JB! I'm gonna keep em comin
Yooooo let’s Macarena !!!
Great video
if you need any old wizards just give me a yell.
Thanks brother.
Dc vs Marvel is the comic that pretty much got me into comics. Love the covers. Great video buddy 👍🏻
Thanks Dawn. DC v Marvel captured my imagination Big Time. I would love to see that done again sometime. Doesnt seem likely tho
ComicHead 84 it’s such a shame because it would pull in massive numbers.

Yeah, lots of repetitive list I noticed. Thanks for watching and checking in brotha!

Thanks NighTiger!
Awesome look back man! That X-Files tugs at my heart, but Adlard's art back that was sooooooo bad.
Lady Death 1 in a 9.8 has a FMV of $230. Not too bad.
Yeah, Shi ain't shit.
Great video 84. Gotta hold Wizard accountable.
@@DeeRunkComics - Thanks brotherman. Good lookin out on that LAdy Death #1. I had a feeling it may have stayed relevant.

J Hood Creative - I could def see that. Their research method seems fishy lol

Yo Dave! Yeah, I remember you had those eps downloaded. I would def love to give those a watch!
@@comichead8431 Some episodes are on UA-cam, just have to search for it. They are definitely time capsules.
I didn't like the preacher show cause I feel like TV writers don't respect the storylibes of the original comics. Peace

Wow 90's books are just not great (besides Preacher 1)
Ha, yeah. These books definitlely didnt stand the test of time
