When you shut the freezer it creates a vacuum holding the door. Shut it slowly and it will not be so tight.

The air in a freezer "shrinks" as it gets colder. You let in warm air when you open the door and it shrinks as it cools down, this creates a suction, that making it difficult to open the door.

You was shopping in my favorite ICA Maxi, living only 1,5 km from that store you visited, there was winter in your video but now it has been dark and grey for several weeks your video was shot. Hope the winter with snow comes back. Normally a lot more snow in the end of january.
