Note that he doesn't have the need of whispering and even softspeaking is only used at certain times. Many asmrtists should think about this, whispers or soft speak seems to be a must in asmr content, when the truth is that the key element is the atmosphere. You could perfectly speak at a normal tone, if you build the right atmosphere to relax your audience.
I prefer soft speaking - whispering is just frustrating most the time. There are some loud sounds or sharper talking on this one which can jolt me but overall it's quite soothing.
Love the beginning of this video as you discuss patients medical records having it realistic with his actual medical issues and medications made it feel more real and tingly than others where its all generic yes and no
I actually find this brilliant, because you guys are 2 people bringing your actual professions into the world of ASMR. Which is more than a role-play because you know more about it than anyone could ever role play! Also, you're fellow Brummies!!

Wow. This just came up as a recommended video and I’m loving the tingles. There’s so many great role play asmr vids out there but this one actually feels like a real eye test which gives it that extra authenticity which in turn makes it more relaxing. Subscribed.

Cadence, rhythm, tonality and volume are auditory factors in ASMR. But they trigger responses because the artist is doing them unconsciously. Or very skillfully on cue. This is my favourite channel for this reason. Most channels in this field of entertainment have little autonomy and seem to jump on whatever the trend is. The artist in this channel simulates the natural affects of one of the phenomena of rapport which is what is now known as ASMR Long winded of saying thank you for your videos

Microphone distance is paramount to build an atmosphere, ASMR is meant to be relaxing and in this instance it is to replicate an appointment. If you're close up onto a microphone, you're forced to whisper and tread carefully. While when the microphone is a bit farther away, you can speak normally without worry of spikes in the audio. Great production quality, as always.
