Hi! I have been wanting to try that sunscreen for a while now, but I’m curious to ask did it break you out or did you get like an allergic reaction? I saw a lot of negative reviews on Sephora regarding that 😕
I didn’t grow up using sunscreen religiously. I have tan to medium skin and a lot of my family have lighter skin. They would use sunscreen well, especially my family members who burn like lobsters. I thought because I had tan brown skin that I didn’t need sunscreen because I didn’t burn. It wasn’t until 2 years ago, an Indian women who has a medium to deep skin tone swore by spf. I told her that I didn’t think I needed it because I didn’t burn. She educated me & since then I’ve been obsessed with sunscreen!😬 I was ignorant but I am in my 20s so better late then never 😍 for my face, I stared using Larouche-posey, Supergoop, now Beauty of Joseon spf 50+ PA++++ & NARS tinted moisturizer that has spf in it 😻 For my body I use Alba Botanical soothing sunscreen 45 purple lavender 💜 Love how you advocate well for spf! Such a random SPF but I’ve been addicted to using Cetaphil’s Daily Facial Moisturizer SPF 50 .. it’s been my number drugstore find hands down. It is a little tacky but not bad compared to other spf that I’ve tried and it does pill! Please test it out and let me know what you think!!!

Companies need to simplify their sunscreen names and they need fewer and better options for us consumers for the mineral sunscreens and especially for the NOT- TINTED ones.. I get so confused for example with all these different types and names of sunscreens LRP have. I do like that Avene has come up with sunscreens for the face, at least with their CHEMICAL sunscreens, BUT FOR THEIR PHYSICAL SUNSCREENS ALSO, that are NOT just in a small, tiny 50 ml bottle that makes you NOT want to wear the sunscreen you've bought, simply because by reapplication during the day, you will have to buy 7 more bottles to last you a week. I know they want to make more money for their bosses, but SUNSCREEN IS A necessity not some sort of vanity women have...with so many doctors in their production line, I hope...lol, they should be able to understand this, esp nowdays that temperatures are so high you can get a severe sun burn even if you stay indoors .
Murad also has another sunscreen called City Skin Age Defense Broad Spectrum SPF 50 | PA++++ and I used to love it for a few years but I've since moved on. If you get the chance, I'd love to know what you think!
What did you move on to, if you don’t mind me asking? The Murad City Skin is my holy grail sunscreen and if you’ve found something you like more I’d love to try it!
Can you recommend me a sunscreen good for sensitive skin? Cause the previous sunscreen I used was fairy skin and it was fine at first but after 3days I got alot of pimples 😢😢😢😢😢 plsss! I'm really looking for the perfect and affordable sunscreen that suits my face and my badget.
the one from Avène is the absolute worst SPF I'd ever used. The cast is unwearable (although I'm super nordic pale) and it's sticky and let you feel hot, etc.... worst one ever! Do not waste your money on this!

@@alidelatorre1116 hii, so personally I’m not allergic to any of the ingredients. You can always patch test it on a small section of your face :)

it is, but there are so many great options that provide spf 40, 50 or 50+ so it's kind of become the standard
