pl60 steam boiler water refilling problem

Thanks so much, I did have to take the boiler out. I have sent a couple of photos.

A faulty heating element can be extracted from the boiler, or you need to replace the whole boiler?

the coffee boiler heating element can be replaced,
the steam boiler heating element is welded with the boiler and you can't replace only the heating element
