The Lost World: Jurassic Park is a light gun arcade game from Sega. It was released in 1997, and is based on the film of the same name. The film's director, Steven Spielberg, received one of the arcade cabinets as a gift from Sega of America.[2] It is also a follow-up to Sega's 1994 Jurassic Park arcade game. A third arcade game based on Jurassic Park III was made by Konami in 2001.

Imagine if the Deinosuchus was actually in The Lost World film?
That would have been something. We had to wait until Jurassic World to get an aquatic creature though; the mososaur.
That would be awesome
@@jakckamfkakdkakskfksmcs2412 Lake Placid meets Jurassic Park
Then he would of stole the spot light from any dino
@@dawoof5119 Maybe. But if they kept the San Diego sequence it still would have been the Rex's movie
3:37 For anyone looking for Deinosuchus
0:15 I know what kind of Duck Billed Dinosaur that is. It’s an Edmontosaurus. Sometimes Anatotitan as a subspecies. Plus, they’re prey animals for the mighty Tyrannosaurus Rex (T.Rex).
That 'bridge' was made floating instead of like connected underwater with pillars. In real-life, floating bridge like that's dangerous.
Yea I was thinking the exact same thing. The car would have easily turned over into water
I love that groaning sound Deinosuchus makes. The one it makes right before grabbing the raptor
Anybody know if there's an isolated version?
That’s actually one of Rexy’s growls from the original film.
I played the special edition of the arcade game and his fight was much more tense but at least you have unlimited ammo in the clip
3:37 The Deinosuchas: "Yoink!"
5:42 The Deinosuchas: "Surprise, motherf***er!"

Poor bike man also, was that raptor riding the boat?
Mind that dinosaurs bossiness! He/she was poopinh
That's not a crocodile. It's an alligator. Deinosuchus is an alligator
Opps sorry it alligator boss
DEINOSUCHUS IS NOT A ALLIGATOR AND NOT A CROCODILE
IT'S A CROCODILE LIKE ANIMAL
@@Egg_manv2It was more closely related to alligators than crocodiles, hence why it was identified as an alligator by blurboy124.
@@Egg_manv2it’s not just a animal like alligators and crocodiles, it’s a alligater
3:35 Tick tock tick tock...
Feed the croc
I have a HUGE question if anyone could potentially answer this. This Jurassic Park-related creature Deinosuchus reminds me so much of Lake Placid. I mean this level is called King of the Lakeside for crying out loud.
Did Jurassic Park take from Lake Placid, or did Lake Placid take from Jurassic Park?? I’ve been debating on whether or not I think the animal itself would be fitting because of that or not. I mean I could picture it easily being in the movies, cause they practically ate dinosaurs, but on the other hand it’s literally like something out of a different movie. Really though I would like to know.
Nah , deinosuchus isn’t even on jp , although there are little Easter eggs from him
@@pablogomesoliveira2677 So did the lost world take from JP, or did JP take from lake placid because it’s clearly in the game here. The Lost World came out in 97, lake placid came out in 99, hence why I was confused. But did one take from the other?? That was what I was wanting to know specifically, my bad.
@@UA-camPredalien - You answered your own question. Deinosuchus was a real prehistoric animal and this game came out in 1997. The ones in Lake Placid, which came out in 1999, were just overgrown, well fed crocs and nothing more.
@@CBright7831 Not really. I wasn’t talking about by the technicalities of what they actually are, because at the end of the day they’re both basically just the same thing. They’re both just a giant crocodilian of some kind. I mean you’re fighting the thing in the arcade game at a lake as well out of all places, which I don’t know if it’s an incredible coincidence or not. I mean that looks a whole lot like lake placid to me.
Like I don’t know if lake placid was INSPIRED by merely that or if somebody had the same idea, I’m not sure. Hence my question.
@@UA-camPredalien - You're making a big deal out of nothing and putting WAY too much thought into it. Lake Placid wasn't inspired by a Jurassic Park game. That's all I'm going to say.
It's not a monster crocodile duh it's a prehistoric crocodile and it's almost bigger than sarcosuchus and
It's the 2nd biggest crocodile kind
Legendary blue_zilla and also the size of tic toc the crocodile from Peter Pan
Yeah we didn't need that knowledge Einstein
It sounds like a t rex
