I like Onana and Petrovic as my GK for GW35 to 38 better. Their fixtures are kinda match each other well. Since Spurs' defensive line is gonna keep concede all those matches. 😂

Dictionary definition of DGW fever.
2 DGW's, it is worth the shot. Especially now that most forwards are out of form, not too many ones that will punish you massively. Watkins is the obvious danger, but his fixtures are not ideal, especially in the BB week GW37.

Not sure about Jackson. Think Watkins could easily outscore in 35, and could bring in Jackson for 37 as have already Bench Boosted this week. Just didn't want the stress of two tricky doubles!! Has worked out so far... on 70 this week. Free hitted in 29 btw
Currently sitting on five double gameweekers and I like my singlers this week so wonder whether I should just WC next week instead. Only potential concern is lack of City, Newcastle and United players

Hi Andy on the Ederson pic, I worry City suffer from this weird curse of often conceding while having few saves per game. Onana on the other hand will concede but at least can rack up saves. With Gvardiol in place of Ederson, as a defender you can get something attacking wise. Just my thoughts anyways and love the videos bud.
apart from Ederson, no City player is nailed to start so there's always that risk

My first draft is pretty similar. I’ve gone Gordon over Maddison and used the money to keep Saliba as a second Arsenal defender to play in 36. Will probably use a transfer to take an Arsenal defender out for bench boost on 37
I will keep double arsenal defense for now, and maybe sell one in GW37.
I activated chip and transferred in Gordon, Schar and Isak so far, rest waiting to see what happens with Gusto, Haaland, Porro... Keeping Gabriel and want Watkins out of single week players.
It is really hard to fit Haaland and Bruno Fernandes with all the players I want without compensating somewhere.
As Man United fan can you tell me is he absolute must or Garnacho or Hojlund could be enough? Which one is better out of those 2?
Arsenal fan here.. i do believe bruno will haul but it wont be easy to fit with haaland, isak , son and odergaard who is on form .

A midfield of Foden, Gordon, Bruno, Palmer and Son feels like the way to go. For a 3rd Spurs or Chelsea, I would leane towards Werner or Jackson rather than double up on either defence
What are your defence picks?
@jordyr2262 defence is tricky. Ederson in goal rather than gambling on any City def. Schar or Trippier. The likes of Petrovic, Gusto, Porro for the other slots if focusing on doublers. Dunk even.

Sorry but I am not backing Spurs again for the rest of this season, especially Son. Every time I had him in he went missing. Never again
As a Spurs fan, I can say with confidence that Foden will do more in a single gameweek than Maddison will in 2. I reckon Maddison will finish this GW with 3 points. He will get booked against Arsenal and then just be a passenger against Chelsea.
I am sort of happy with my team this GW, thinking of WCing next week to better set up for DGW37.
Not a bad idea. I think the DGW this GW, you're not going to miss much. Another week to WC will allow a better insight on who's not injured, returned players and etc
Gordon for Maddison and you’ve a decent squad mate - Jackson’s a punt but could pay off

Personally I think Jackson is a bit risky and Maddison hasn’t been amazing so I’m not getting them in (maybe later)
I’m planning:
Ederson
Van de Ven, Gusto, Burn
Foden, Gordon, Salah, Son, Palmer
Haaland, Isak
Bench - Onana, Pedro, Maguire, Van Hecke
Then by GW27 I could sell Pedro and Salah for Maddison/Bruno and Jackson and bench boost with 100% doublers. How’s that sound?
Bruno over Gordon is much more scandalous than Maddison over Gordon

Something about Triple Chelsea, Triple Spurs and double United has disaster written all over it for me. Luckily I only have my bench boost left so I will probably end up with 2 Spurs and that's it tbh lol. I already have triple City and double Newcastle. Got a Brighton defender on my bench too so I can definitely build a strong enough squad to bench boost in 37.

I lost almost all my team value making my draft with WC active as i kept on selling and buying back players as i was trying to make up my mind not knowing you dont keep the players value when you sell and buy them back even with your WC active. Pain

You have to be crazy to pick chelsea and tottenham players over some good non-double gw players.

Vicario wont keep a clean sheet against either arsenal or Chelsea, and his save points will probs be deducted by the negative points from goals conceded, so why not play ederson?
Now that Jackson did not get a yellow against arsenal, will he still get 2 matches suspension if he gets a yellow in any of the other games of the season?
Ederson cost me my mini league last season but i reckon il go back again 🤣
If Haaland is out what about Watkins and get Trent ? Massive differential and defence picks are rubbish

That Maddison pick is getting way too much criticism. He's got a lot going for him. I think he probably is nailed, not because he's amazing but because he's the only player of that mould in their squad. He's always been a very streaky player and he's just had a rest (and maybe coming back from a minor niggle) and been blanking for a while, it feels like it's the perfect storm for him to start one of his infamous streaks. He has additional fixtures and a lot to play for. Also, Newcastle defenders > Spurs defenders. He'd be in my WC team.
Are you not worried about rotation between Ederson and Ortega?
He said it could happen.. but he thinks unlikely with the remaining games & still needing to win the league… if anything he may get the cup game… there’s always a rotation risk with City players though..

A good shout.. but Brighton to rotate a lot.. and he hasn’t been hitting the scores like he was before injury… but he is a player that can pull out a big score… guess it’s if you want the gamble..

Spurs fan here and let me tell you all something. Not mater how bad Jackson is. He is going to score against us. I’ll go as far to say he’ll also score against Villa. Perhaps not Arsenal. But you never know.

i don't understand this either, or do it last week for 15 doublers...
because getting 5 good doubling defenders in GW37 is literally impossible, they are either not nailed, out of form, outright injured or have terrible fixtures. I might BB with double arsenal defense against man U. BB is a worthless chips anyway, damages your team around the BB week more than it helps you in the BB week.

@@zomgbat chelsea have a extremely leaky defence, and I kinda want 2 attackers. Same for Newcastle, except I definitely want 2 attackers from them. City defence is prone to rotation, almost impossible to get a defender that will play twice (I will bet on ederson myself). Also, City are quite good at letting in at least a goal a game. 34 was nice for a BB, but it was really difficult to get 15 good players without hits or a wc before it. At least for me. Ultimately I will have 13-14 dgw players in 37, but I am quite afraid some of them could be benched for one of the 2 games. And I see very few CS.

Spurs don't even have good fixtures and Chelsea with the exception of Palmer are terrible. I'd rather take good players with good fixtures and worry about getting some City for GW37.
I think Spurs fixtures are okay from an attacking point of view, less so defensively.
