hi haley! i sadly do not of a screen recording of this exact moment happening, but today i joined gigi in old DTI and randomly a character dressed up as lana joined. she had no name, and just posed and stared at us. in 4 minutes she left and then gigi left and lana’s profile became online playing a game

HALEY There's this one movie called Mrs. Peregrine's house for peculiar children (It's long ik) and it's where this kid's grandfather dies by a monster who eats eyes to stay in human form, but they only eat eyes of peculiar people or children (peculiar as in having strange abilities kind of like powers) just like Lana has random people that "stick out to her" in one of her groups. What if Agamemnon has to eat the eyes of certain people like Nathan in order to stay in the form of a human rather than revealing his true form?

some things i noticed about the common words used:
the name "saudade" itself is a portuguese word that means a deep feeling of longing or nostalgia, especially for something or someone that's gone, maybe hinting at what really happened to the real lana.
the word "coterie" means a small group of people with shared interests, (like a clique). being part of the "coterie" rank could mean you're part of an inner circle with special access to secrets.
"horizon" is the line where the sky meets the earth, but in this context, it could mean something like a limit or a boundary. maybe crossing this "horizon" leads to new discoveries or truths about lana and her past.
"awakening" usually means waking up from sleep, but metaphorically, it can mean becoming aware of something new or realizing something important. the "awakening" might symbolize a moment of clarity or discovery within saudade.

When jayla said “she sacrificed me” Lana killed her and took her eyes, that’s why Lana said “my eye…it hurts” and why she was wearing a eyepatch.
I think when they mean the coterie are her sacrifices, she means they use them for the portal. On someone's user name, it says "Followedthe4" When you get to the portal in the forest game, you have to travel with 4. Possibly, Lana used the missing people to sacrifice them so that she could get through the portal. That's all I know.
Edit:
There are 4 missing people in the missing category of the group, 4 is enough people in order to travel through the portals. Most of them in their bio talk abot how they don't know where they are, most likely because they are missing beyond the places of the portal.

Just a second ago, Lana updated the group announcement. Its called "Reverie" which means a state of being pleasantly lost in one's thoughts; a daydream (copy and pasted meaning from google) and the announcement read "Last night, I had a dream. I had a dream we all joined together--and I had a dream we all succeeded. On the day of the rebellion, I hope we all join hands and fight for what's right. Love, Lana." Its reminding me of in the video she was talking about "the future."
Also, Jisoo joined a game and her bio has changed. It now says "the world crumbles around me and i don't know where I am
possibly in a nightmare" Maybe the missing people arent dead, idk.
My theory is that they are dead but they can still hear, feel and see everything. (I'll make a more explained theory next vid :p)

-- New mini theory: the forest game contains daisies -- daisies represent new beginnings, rebirth and eternal life. The old saying for daisies is daeges eage which means day's eye. Daisies in folklore n myths were planted when a child or infant passes away daisies would cover up their graves to help those grieving. This all links to the lore, day's eye refers to Lana's eye, she requires an eyepatch to cover up her weakened eye. The graves refer to the 4 missing peoples' graves which, in the Questionnaire game, were covered by many flowers. Since Lana is mourning for them, planting flowers by the graves can help her cope. [Although I don't think she's truly mourning]. Also this is Lana's new beginning. The era of the Awakening. One of the meanings of daisies.
-- Coterie members' usernames: The coterie members' users all have something to do with nature because Tiago stated "Flowers, forest, red" which all relates to the games/the lore. Mini theory from me: nature is the theme of the lore/the games because though certain elements of nature may be beautiful and contain beautiful meanings to them, nature contains darker secrets and darker elements to it. (For example: poisonous flowers).
Kind of like the lore and the games, there's some beautiful/good elements to it but some dark elements to it as well.
Jasmine theory {-} -- Jasmine: I've explained that apple is a metaphor for the sacrifices. Lana uses the members of the cotiere n then sacrifices them [kind of like an apple, yk? you eat the apple *like lana using the coterie members* and you throw away the apple *like lana sacrificing her coterie members*] Jasmine's user is "appleintheforest" and her about section talks about a bang that she can hear in the forest. I believe this implies that she's a sacrifice wandering in the forest -- listening to Lana's orders as she slowly hears the distance boom echo in the forest. [the sound of the coterie members dying]. Since there are in total 10 coterie members [including the people who are "missing"] she has to hear the sound often. She chose to wear headphones to prevent this sound reaching her ears but it fails.
Since Lana talks about sunflowers, I also made a mini theory about the sunflowers:
Sunflowers point up to the sun, representing being optimistic and cheerful. However, in the forest game - there is no sun. The sunflowers have no sun to point up to, which could represent sadness and deep longing.

I have have a theory that ‘Lana’ is being controlled by someone or something. You all should be familiar with the photo of Lana with some red creature behind her, the photo that you can see when you glitch outside the map. We know that Lana is talking about eyes and that creature appears to be covered with them. It’s ‘skin’ also matches the new insane asylum looking room that’s behind the men’s clothing in the summer update. Even though I’m not a famous UA-camr, I would love to help with anything that could help to solving whatever’s going on with Lana. Good luck Haley, and if you need any help feel free to ask me.

10:08 This is an Affine Cypher, the way it works is that you take the meaning of a letter and swap it out for another, Like imagine that the symbol for the letter A changed into a B but it still ment A and is pronounced the same / used the same.

That theory you showed us made me wonder a lot! Lana prob is dying from that sickness and she could be dead by now. She is using the coterie to keep her alive. Basically everyday she goes through something her power gets weak due to her sickness, and that's where the coterie comes in.
